The back on RDL

So when doing RDL, im unable to maintain the arch in the back through the whole lift, i dont bend it, but the arch goes away and its more just straight.. is that ok?

how many reps? is it every rep or just the last few?

i'm never a fan of losing the arch, as to me, that indicates your back isn't capable of moving the weight you're lifting.

if its only the last few reps, cut them. better to get 4 good reps than 6 reps with bad form on the last 2.

its all reps, and its not that my back is not capable of lifting it, its just that.. i dont know, i cant keep it all the way down.. maybe i should just limit my ROM?

yeah i guess i am. as back, back straight.. isent that how its suppose to be done?
and im going all the way down so it hits the floor.. maybe its not a good idea..

No. That's a stiff-leg deadlift.

RDL-bar comes to mid shin. Hips go back, knees only slightly bent, bring chin forward. The bar travels dwon the thighs and never leaves contact with body.
