Good job on the 1.8 lost Hajni!! I have 3 more days till my weigh in and I hope to see similar numbers. Good luck to those weighing in tomorrow, lets hope everyone reaches the weekly goal.

03 Aug (Yay Birthday! ) = 170 (+5.0) Actually weighed myself on Sunday the 5th directly back from my cruise. Not surprised to have gained a bit back but disappointed anyway. I'm sure I can get it all off plus some ASAP.

10 Aug =166.5 (-3.5 or +1.5 from Start Weight for this month) Working on that vacation weight!

17 Aug = 166 ( -0.5 or +1 from Start Weight) I've felt like such a blob this week. I guess .5 lb down from last week isn't terrible.

04 Aug= 226.6 (-3.6...my first time to ever meet this challenge, I think!)
11 Aug =226.6 (nothing, nada, zip. I guess my body is making up for losing so much last week...)
17 Aug = 222.8 (Am I really up .2 lbs, or did I just have on heavier clothes?)

Start Weight = 139.6lbs (1st august) under 10 stone. have not been this light for about 10 years. slim

03 Aug= 139.6 lbs (no change, but only been 2 days)
10 Aug = 137.8 lbs (- 1.8 lbs)the scales did drop a little lower, but ive been ill -cough, sniff and totally overdone the comfort foods

I always weigh nude..when I first wake up. That way I have an accurate weight.
Clothes can make a difference.So can time of day.
 
Couldn't stay in my exercise routines during the vacation which led to weightGAIN.
I'm not gonna beat my self up too much about it because, I know that I'm on my way down again.

Did you mean 226.8 for Aug 17th?:) Then I understand your comment, otherwise it would be an almost 4 lbs loss!! What would make you really happy I assume!!!:)
 
I know clothes make a difference, and at home I weigh in nekkid, too. However, for my "official" weight (for my ticker, challenges, etc.) is taken at my dietician's once a week...in clothes, unfortunately.
 
Goodluck to everyone this week! My goal is to portion my meals better. I ate pizza and taco bell last week. Pretty much feeling guilty, however I still lost 2 pounds. So this week I will focus on controlling and calorie counting. I wish everyone the greatest luck!
 
I thought for a while I was losing it (my mind, that is). I knew I updated this, but couldn't find it anywhere. Then I realized I just edited my original post. Sheesh! :doh:

I was to-the-letter good last week, and even exercised almost every day. My only splurge was a Hemp I Scream sandwich while waiting for the Pop-a-Lock guy to come and open the car door on Saturday. I locked the keys in the car when I went grocery shopping and I couldn't let the ice cream melt! They're really good and they're healthy, too. It's two hemp/whole grain cookies outside of organic ice cream. It's vegan though, so they must not use cow's milk for the ice cream. Doesn't matter, I love them. I need to find out the nutritional content, though.

Your almost there only 4 lbs left to get into the 150's keep it up.
