For me one thing is my skin. I get a lot of fruit and veggies now and, while my skin was OK before, now that I'm getting heaps of nutrients it's absolutely glowing. I never wear foundation 'cause there is no need - it's naturally flawless and not just my face but my neck and everywhere too. I love wearing v neck tops because of it.
