Weight-Loss The 6 week New Years Challenge Continuation

Great idea with no eliminations! I don't know if I can handle the stress for much longer!!! When should we do the start date? I agree with taking a brief break to refocus, we all need that! Can't wait!
 
We are starting next Monday...Before next Monday I will set down the guidelines...

Olux-sorry I didnt come over here sooner but count me in and thanks for the invite in my journal to keep me on track!

I like the one team idea but can we still have challenges? I looooveee them. I could help out with them or create them or whatever--I am good at mean LOL!--ok not too mean. Of course i have sucked arse at my own this week bleck.

Ya i posted in the intro that we will do challenges and take turns creatign them:)Glad to have you Nicole...I need to make a few rounds and invite some ppl

absolutely no idea what its all about (besides losing weight...doh me!!) but i'm in if list still open. i could do with the motivation...as i have all the get up & go of a limp rag at the moment!!

welcome welcome welcome!!! Some of us are just coming off of a 6 week challenge with teams, we liked it so much we decided to form a new challenge, all one supportive team :hurray:. YOu track your excercise and food (just how you did not everythign) in spreadsheet the ladies have developed and then your weight on weigh in day. There will be weekly challenges and lots of chatting :waving:!!! Welcome aboard, I too am fighting limp rag motivation so I will join you on that:cheers2:!!!!
