Eh..... I dunno.
I've lost 105 lbs of fat, and gained just over 30 lbs of lean muscle, in 30 months or so, without ever having done anything too drastic, with my diet.
The only thing "drastic" about my dietary changes, was how horrible my diet was for the 20+ years up until 30 months ago, and how healthy, and balanced it is now. Heck, I still eat 3300 to 4200 cals a day, depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting. {which might sound like a lot, but in reality, it's about half of what I ate daily, for the 20+ years prior, to my life change / body swap}
I am absolutely positive I can eat just the way I am now, for the rest of my life, and with small adjustments, can push my weight / BF % up or down, at will, at any time that I choose......
Their is nothing so liberating, as gaining complete control over your body
