Just checking in!
The last time I posted, I was 209lbs. Now, I'm 189lbs!
I've been continuing to do Zumba at least 3 days a week. I'm also doing the Stronglifts 5x5 strength program. I love feeling myself getting stronger.
My goal is still 160lbs, which is only 29lbs away! It is so bizarre to think of only needing to lose 29lbs, instead of over 100lbs.
I'm in size 16 pants, but they are getting loose on me. I'm waiting until they absolutely don't fit to get new pants. All of my clothes are getting baggy on me. I was hoping to hold out until tax time to get new clothes, but I may have to spring for some new ones sooner than that.
I want to check in here more. I think I'm going to write a bit more tomorrow, when I'm at the computer. Typing on my phone can be a real hassle.
