Hi all.
First I want to say thanks to those who replied to my other post.
I have a few other questions/queries.
I think i understand how the program works and can see that it has worked for a lot of people but I cant understand how you dont get hungry on the program. Is it because you arent meant to do exercise or you dont do exercise so you dont need the extra food to fuel your body. I have recently started at a gym and walking regularly and am wondering if I started cohens, will I need to stop this or will it be ok because my body will be used to the exercise.
I am also concerned about the small meals being so far apart with nothing in between (if that is correct, not really sure). Is there anything for snacking? What about diet jellys? I think i read here somewhere that you can have diet softdrinks. I love the diet jellys so much and have really relied of it lately for something sweet instead of biscuits or cakes or icecream like i would have eaten a few weeks ago (decided to start getting healthy).
Mostly worried about the hunger part and not having anything i can snack on. Especially in the beginning anyway.
Thankyou in advance
