Hello! I just continue my weight loss diary with this thread as the previous one seems that it doesn't work at present due to software changes. I have above two weeks, about 18teen days, that i didn't eat any sweet but yesterday i felt that i had to have something sweet to eat. I avoided that but i ate a lot of other things like nuts. The weather is cold and the desire to snack something sweet is stronger. Sometimes i feel that i really want to eat unhealthy snacks and with a lot of effort i avoid them. However i want to continue my challenge to see if my desire for unhealthy snacks decreases. I also avoid snacks with dough for the same period of time. My weight fluctuates between 2 lbs up and down so i can't say that i have lost any weight at the moment.
