Ten pounds loss Diary

Hello! I just continue my weight loss diary with this thread as the previous one seems that it doesn't work at present due to software changes. I have above two weeks, about 18teen days, that i didn't eat any sweet but yesterday i felt that i had to have something sweet to eat. I avoided that but i ate a lot of other things like nuts. The weather is cold and the desire to snack something sweet is stronger. Sometimes i feel that i really want to eat unhealthy snacks and with a lot of effort i avoid them. However i want to continue my challenge to see if my desire for unhealthy snacks decreases. I also avoid snacks with dough for the same period of time. My weight fluctuates between 2 lbs up and down so i can't say that i have lost any weight at the moment.
 
It's very weird what happened to your diary Aby. I reported it a couple of times. We'll blame the internet goblin! Resist the urge to eat those unhealthy sweets Aby. The more you resist the better you will get at it. You have to build up your resistance muscles :D You can do this! Cheers, Cate.
