So Im 22 years old. 5'9 155lbs. I'm a roofer so I havent really had to consider any sort of workout routine because the work, in itself, is a workout hah. Been laid off for about two months now and I need to get in shape. Im also an avid ball hockey player but I havent done that in a month and I wont be for a while yet. My main problem is that I can get into a routine for about 2-3 weeks and then I just fall out of it. Some of you say lazy? Well yeah and it's been hard to break the habit. What I've decided to do is start my day with 15-20 mins of jogging followed by 4 sets of 20 pushups and crunchs. I've been doing my homework and recently found out, I guess you would call it, the secret to getting a 6 pack. That would be the weight loss. Obviously I am no where near overweight, but I want to get my body fat percentage down enough to have a 6 pack. That is my goal. I will admit I dont eat the best, but at the same time my diet isnt horrible. Any feedback is welcome =)
