I thought i'd have a crack at this to keep track of my progress (or lack of lol), feel free to comment on anything that you think may help 
Also whens best to weight yourself? I have been everyday so far, but it goes up & down quite a bit, so i was thinking just weigh weekly.
I'm aiming at app 1200-1800 calories a day, and see how it goes.
So Day 1 was on saturday;

I really should have had breakfast, but i was running late so stuck to coffee, first day was ok, no feeling hungry in the evening
I followed it up with 30 mins on the weights to break myself back in.

Sunday wasnt so good, again i was running late so didnt have time to get breakfast in & went out for the evening meal (late new years do) allthough the meal was ok, i was dissapointed i couldnt say no to the Yule log! Again just half an hour on the weights.

Much better today, back at work so i managed to keep off any snacking, used stairs wherever i could & tried to stay active for most of the day & just finished a 40 minute weights session & managed to add 5kg
, arms are aching though to type lol. I just need to drink more water, only managed 6 glasses today & drank far too much coffee. I'm also going to add in some protein shakes next week to replace a meal & see how it goes.
