You Get A Key (The One In The Picture)

This Key Can Be Plugged Into Any Machine And It Knows Who You Are, What Your Workout Is, What Adjustments Should Be Made To Suite You On The Machine, And What Your Next Area Of Workout Is, The Key Even Changes The TV Channel On The Machines For You !!!

Is This A New Thing Or Is My Gym Just Pish lol ??

I Go To "John Rights Sports Centre" Health Club Gym.. Its In East Kilbride (Scotland)
Its £15 A Month & You Get Unlimited Use Of The Gym & Facilities Including Swimming, Sauna Etc... !!

& i live the US, ur so darn lucky

but its all good, i go to UCLA, they got some machines with technokeys, i never used them though loll
 
oh and the 24 hour fitness club that is near my house. sux butt

OLD CRAP Fitness machines. but they do the job nonetheless =]
 
I Dont Know If You Know How It Works Over Heer.... But Its A Council Gym, Government Funded lol !! So Its Open To Any Member Of The Public :) £15/Month Membership Gets You Into Swimming, Suana Etc Also...
 
Yeah, Aswell You Know Every Machine Has Its Different Adjustmenrs Of Course ? You Put Your Key In & If Your Seat/bar Or Witever Else Is Not The Way You Usually Have It... You Are Informed On A Digital Screen E.G. "Adjest Your Seat Height To Number 6 Craig" :D
