Belly dancing now thats a exciting way to get things moving. I think I'm going to come up with a routine that has different lil activities like your doing. It can get a little boring doing the same things over and over. We are so on a roll.....Lets keep it moving!!!!!!!

I can hardly do the cheat one it really hurts my knees. I think I may need to buy a exercise mat.LOL I've been getting on all 4's and doing the push-ups from that position. I still feel it in my arms.
I feel bad I didn't walk the dogs today but I did clean out my ducks pool and chased them around for a bit. Theres just so much I can get done when I work during the day. Til later Christina..
