Oh my gosh- I think I'm going to have to find a clip of that song "I like to move it" and listen to it for a few seconds before I work out every time. Perfect!

But seriously - I am ready to blast some blubber. I'm getting delightfully close to the 220's and I'd like to be comfortably into them by the time this 2 weeks is up. We can do this!

Katie: I don't know if you can get in on this challenge but every two weeks a new one starts and new groups are made. So pm Maleficient to double check if you can get in on this challenge but if you can't, totally get in on the next one! A really good support room is Redneckwomans "Let's Rock Motivation!" while you are waiting for the next challenge! But welcome to the forum none the less!

Nemisis: It was Hypo Hippo I do believe but she is leaving us. :(

Starting weight for me: 235.4

I feel like it should be lower than that :( Oh well- Hopefully it is water weight and I can drink it away the next couple of days.
 
Ok My starting weight is officially 265lbs! Yes folks since the end of the last challenge I have lost 3lbs already. I hope that this is only a preview of what is to come. I'm feeling pretty good!

good morning all.

starting weight: 143 :mad:

i've been stuck in a plateau for 3 weeks now, hoping this challenge will knock me out!!!!

i am leaving to go to maine this weekend so i'll have no computer access until tuesday...but, everyone keep up the good work, and I AM GOING TO TRY AND LIMITED THE WATER RETAINING GARBAGE!! LOL. (i just really enjoy the wine and beer!!! yikes!!)

it shall be interesting actually b/c we are camping so food choices will be at a minimum (even though i am bring a cooler of fruit and healthy snacks) and execise will have to be swimming. :)

lets hope it goes well....TOM is approaching too. yeah. :(

I hope everyone's ready for day one! I posted in my diary about how I've been lazy since the end of the last 2 week challenge- but I promise I'll step it up starting TODAY! I'll do it for you guys :) ha ha
 
alright, just weighed myself in at 237.5 .. goal at the end of the challenge, mainly to show bep and hf2006 who the winners are :p is gonna be minimum 229.5! wow it would be crazy if i could get there ,never did i think i would ever see the 220's, but im almost there :)

on a side note, my friend messaged me last night, he came to the gym with me last year and lost weight, but unfortunately because of his bad back he had some weight gain problems and is now back up to 270. I stopped going to the gym after I started working full time afternoon shift in the summer because I would always wake up too tired cuz work is a workout in itself, but he wants to go becuase he wants to get back down at at least 250, so I am going to help him, to just provide someone to give him enough motivation to go there. Conveniently, this is happening at the start of the 2-week challenge :) so im gonna step up my cardio a notch over there, the thing is im also gonna do alot of weight resistance training, i hope i don't build too much muscle to keep me away from the 220's :p
