I love my calves (calfs? sp?) cause i have no fat there, rock solid lol... but my thighs are a little big for my liking, i play catcher in baseball so they are strong, i just have fat over my muscle... and my butt is big to, but i dont mind, just wanna cut some fat there.

Overall I have a lot of muscle on my body cause I do a lot of baseball which is more like muscle building instead of weight loss...
My goal: to cut the excess fat from my chest, arms, butt, thighs, and tummy.
I don't keep track of my weight, I could care less how much I weigh, I just wanna cut fat.

lol, just realized i look terribly unhappy in these pics...

My advice would be doing some cardio. Playing catcher is good, all catchers have muscular builds. You are supposed to be strong.

You can't spot reduce. What you can do is lower BF%. Cardio 6 days a week might be good for you. Maybe you should do a search for HIIT in the search engine on the forums. Hope that it helps you.

i like the getting up and running on an empty stomach because that puts you in a position where your body burns fat for fuel BUT.. I wouldnt recommend doing it every day. 3-4 times a week to start.. raise up to 5 if you like.. Unless you are training to be a runner, you dont need to run THAT much.

You want to burn fat ? Weight train !! Yes cardio helps. But your diet has the most to say about your bodyfat.
