For the past three days I've gotten things back on track with my calorie intake. I really slacked off for a while because I wasn't dealing with stressful situations in a healthy way. One of my friends got me pretty down so I basically sat on the coach not doing much but eating and getting up only for school. Not a great way to deal with problems huh? My friend and I finally worked things out tonight and I feel so much better. It's weird how one or two things can throw you off track so easily.
In the throws of things I have not moved from 170. Well, I've currently not moved from 170. Hence currently. lol I went up and down with my weight there for a bit.
Work really helped me for some reason this weekend. I was able to stay under 1601 calories, and that made me feel better. I also had to walk every where which got me motivated to get back into my cardio schedule. I haven't given up with my strength training so at least my arms still look kind of good. lol
I really really really want to get rid of this weight, but I'm having trouble finding the energy and motivation I did in the beginning.
This happened last time as well. Instead of leaving the site though, this time I'm going to try to stick it out. If anything I need to be here AT LEAST once a week. School's trying to kill me so that's another reason I haven't been logging on much. I don't want to feel guilty about that because it only makes me feel worse.
Hopefully I'll eat a nice healthy breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Dinner will be a little tricky seeing as it's my bowling league and we get free pizza. You know what I'll have to do? Just eat one slice instead of three. That's the ticket.
Oh guys, I hope I can get this weight down. I want to accomplish this so bad I can taste it....no pun intended.
