targetting chest (pecs)

is there anyone else out there like me? well.. probably not.

ive found i can never hit my chest with bench pressing, and the only way to get my chest hit is diamond pressups and dips.

other exercises just hit my triceps and shoulders and i dont get the slightest twinge from my pecs.

is there anyone similar who has any other exercises which work?
 
Try experimenting with grip positions. Generally a wider grip should help with your issues.

Also, use dumbells for presses and flys if the straight bar doesn't work well enough for you.

You could also try using a machine or hammer strength bench press to work on form.

Some chest days I find it hard to exhaust my chest. On these days, I'll supset cable flies with some angle of pushups.
 
i would never feel my chest when i did presses. i learned that i needed to set myself up to bench correctly. to try to squeeze the shoulder blades together and keep the chest up and not allow it to go flat during the lift.
