This is my 1st entry and I am planning to update every week on my weightloss journey.

Currently I am 55Kgs and 5ft tall. In three weeks I lost 3 kgs. But now need to lose 5 kgs more by 30th November.
Currently I am in Intermittent fasting diet plan.

Everyday I drink lemon and apple cider vinegar in warm water in the morning
Have my 1st meal at 1:30pm- this includes rice/bread, fish/beef/chicken and veggies
2nd meal includes oatmeal, bannas and milk, at 4:30pm
3rd meal is at 8:30pm- and mostly veggie soup(homemade from scratch) and sometimes rice, egg and veggies.

I hardly have time to exercise but will start from tomorrow morning.
