Well I guess the scale was correct with 184.5 because this morning it said 184 even

!!BUT not moving the ticker until Friday my weigh N day! I skipped breakfast I usually do on the weekend to get all the sleep I can get lol then I went to the grocery store to get some more 2% shredded cheese and lettuce I have been putting lettuce on my chicken soft tacos I make and my sandwhiches so maybe one day I can learn to like saldas lol I have to get used to the lettuce part 1st lol.
Not much going on I am stuck home all night hubby has to work late so I am going to finish sorting through kids clothes then do my exersices later.

1 mini 100 cal popcorn(100 cals)
1 poprock popsicle(40 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1,180 I am on the low side because of breakfast
