Ty Gal's I Updated My Menue Not The Best But I Stuck To My Weekend 1,500 Cals This Excludes Sunday Because I Go To Bned Early That Day But Fri And Sat I Am Up Till 2-4 Am Lol.

Ok I decided NOT to have that 1/2 of french bread pizza and gave the whole thing to my daughter since she was starving,anyone here that 10x's a day lol.
OK my exersices 6.2 miles stationary bike 80 crunches some lifting 5 lb weights for the flabby arms.ANYONE KNOW ANY GOOD ARM WEIGHT EXERSICIES??I have 5lb weights not a whole lot to work with?
 
Pushups are great for arms and tricep dips off of chairs! You don't even need weights for those!! and they will kick your booty! There is another all over strengthing move where you get into push up position but you are on your elbows instead of on your hands... elbows and hands on the floor and you keep your back flat and hold for 5 counts. Just repeat that a few times!! To make it harder you can alternate lifting your feet off the floor a few inches. I tried it yesterday and it is hard! There are chest presses and flys too but they are better with heavier weights if there is something around you can hold that weighs more.
Also holding the weights and lunging to one side and lifting the same arm and then do the same on the other side. 20 repeats on each side should be good and it will whip your shoulders and neck into shape. Back lunges with arms to the front is good too. Also bicep curls on the stability ball. Sit on the ball and roll down until your lower back is the only thing on the ball and then do bicep curls. You can use gallons of water to lift for a better weight depending on what your strength is.... if I come up with more I can let you know;) have a good night!!
 
Hey tammy congrats on the 1.5 lb loss keep it up and you'll make your goal before you know it. Keep up the great work and hope you have a great weekend too.

Oh yeah here's a link to look at some upper body exercises that can be done with weights or without them. I only have 3 lb and 5 lb weights so i know what you mean about you can only do so much with them. hope it helps

lol tammy. yeah i love the little demos they give too that's why i use them instead of using just writing they have great workout videos too. although those are sometimes hard to follow.. lol anyways hope it helped try not to be too sore tomorrow or you won't be able to do much at all.

Well I guess the scale was correct with 184.5 because this morning it said 184 even :jump: !!BUT not moving the ticker until Friday my weigh N day! I skipped breakfast I usually do on the weekend to get all the sleep I can get lol then I went to the grocery store to get some more 2% shredded cheese and lettuce I have been putting lettuce on my chicken soft tacos I make and my sandwhiches so maybe one day I can learn to like saldas lol I have to get used to the lettuce part 1st lol.
Not much going on I am stuck home all night hubby has to work late so I am going to finish sorting through kids clothes then do my exersices later.
My menue
Breakfast

Lunch
2 chciken soft tacos meat 90+2 low cal wheat shells 50+50 reduced cheese and sour cream90+lettuce 0= (280 cals)
Snack
1 slice watermelon(25 cals)
1 breyers slow churn no sugar added ince cream cunch on a stick(150 cals)
Dinner
WW 3 chheese zini and mixed veggies(390 cals)
Snack
Fat free jello w/ fat free cool whip(45 cals)
1 mini 100 cal popcorn(100 cals)
1 poprock popsicle(40 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1,180 I am on the low side because of breakfast

Ty MISHI!!!!!I am hoping to kick butt this week for a good loss I am trying to keep up with the chart I made and I should have been at 182 then 180 by Friday so I am hoping to get close to 180 even if it means walking a ton of miles.I have 9 weeks to lose 20 lbs I know 20 sounds like alot but even at 2lbs a week that is a 18 lb weightloss and that puts me into the 160's :jump: :jump: I so can't wait.I am also looking forward to dressing up and taking my kids out trick or treating.OK I DID MY EXERSICES EARLY YAAY!

sTATIONARY bIKING 6 MILES AT 13-14 mph then I did 80 crunches/25 squats/and lot's of upper body exersices with the 5 lb dumbells so a total of 50 minutes in exersicing :)

Howdy good to see ya back L-JAY,Yeah thatsa me from about a month ago after swimming all day lol.Wow today was rough I know you are suppose to dedicate your time in stuff,but my sons game was 1st at 11:30 and my daughters was suppost to be at 5:00 (rolls eyes) well I get there and the coach stops me and says they are running a game AND a 1/2 behind looks like 7:eek:o before it gets started I am like OMG I am not wasting gas to come all the way back plus I had the baby of course and my son thats hyper and my daughter that hasn't been feeling good anyway got home at 9PM grrrrr 2nd week this happend exuce this weeks 2 reffs ran over an hour late!!!
I know I am WAY LOW on calories I missed dinner so I had a bowl of FAT FREE jello with FAT FREE whip cream as my 9PM snack/dinner lol.

Breakfast
1 bowl of vanilla almond special K (200 cals)
Late Lunch (3PM)
1 healthy made turkey sand w/ lean turkey 2 % swiss lite wheat lettuce mustard(170 cals)
Snack
1 breyers ice cream crunch on a stick no sugar added(150 cals)
1granola bar(100 cals)
pretzles (100 cals)
FF jello(50 cals
1 sour gummy string thingy YUCK(25 CALS)
total calories 795.../......
I only exersiced for 20 minutes because I didn't eat much and had NO time left I danced 10 minutes did my arm weight routine and 75 crunches 25 squats.
