Good morning Tammy! Don't sweat the fajitas! You did well keeping the cals down and 1400's doesn't break the bank! You are still doing very well on your exercise and this one +350 cals shouldn't really put a dent in that! I am uber impressed with your calories staying so low! I have had a hard time recently. I just get so hungry at work!!! WTG on the bagel instead of Taco Bell. When I read that post I had had some Dairy Queen! lol made me think about stocking some bagels;) he he he. I hope you have a great Wednesday!!!
 
Why is it that guys always have the "good" food ideas when we are trying to stay within the cal range? I ended up eating steak (with steak sauce), yeast roll, & a baked potato (with some buttery type spread) then he decided to spring for a slice of chocolate chip cake to share..... argh... really sweet but dang! Not what I needed on the menu last night. Plus we are getting together tonight & I bet he will want something yummy & not on my diet! argh.

Ok I kind of had BIG lunch because I didn't feel like making me a hot breakfast and ate a southbeach cereal bar instaed and I was kind of hungry for lunch,I am hoping for a walk tonight BUT the heat has return as bad as before and we have a heat emergency out and they have even let some schools out early in ohio because of the heat.
I think hunny may just take kids to practice it depends but it may be to hot for my lil guy to be out in.
My menue
Breakfast
southbeach peanutbutter cereal bar (140 cals)
Lunch
Chicken pinini sand with musrad(320 cals)
1 chicken taco with 50 cal wheat shell 2%cheese lettuce and whole sour cream(120 cals)
Snack
breyers slow churn no sugar add ice cream crunch on a stick(150 cals)
Dinner
Weight Watchers 3 cheese zini(320 cals)
veggies(60 cals)
SNACK
watermelon and grapes(100 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1210....:)

I still can't believe you've lost 69lbs!! You inspire me so much. Way to keep at it. You're food looks so tastey!! Great job tracking calories.
 
Hey Tammy long time no see.. sorry i've been kinda mia on here working on perfecting my workout plan again since i'm using sparkpeople.com to get my ideas for exercise now if i could just get something besides ddr for cardio then i would be really happy. lol :) Keep up the great work girl and your food sounds really yummy.. :) well catch you sometime soon i hope.

Ok Ok Ok I wound up eating 3 pieces of pizza lastnight around 8ish
can ya tell the nights hubby is home haha:rotflmao: .Anyway I hope
it don't mess with my weigh in,I didn't really do too much yesterday as far as exersices because of the heat and they even canceled football practice
for today do to heat index of 115 :eek: no word on cheerleading canceling.
Anyway I am trying to make up for the bad night today I am planning to
do some dancing bikeing eliptical later when the kids get home so my oldest can sit with the baby he is going through the freaking out stage when mommy leaves the room grrrr lol.

Lol Omg I remember that stage and dose he scream when someone other than your family go’s to pick him up yet? My kids are 20-18-16 and 15 and I still hear them when I go to the loo where’s mum lol.
 
got myself 2 miles in and a poptart ooops did I say that out loud lol yeah I bought my kids the new cookie dough poptarts and had to try "ONE" lol so put me down for another 200 cals NEW TOTAL 1.310:)

Hey tammy your menu sounds good as far as dinner goes at least I still need to make sure i get in my veggies i have no clue why its so hard for me to get them in. i have no problem getting in the fruits now things to me making my shakes in the morning.. lol but if it wasn't for that then i don't really know what i would do.. anyways hope you have a great day tomorrow and try to stay cool.
 
I bet your body thanked you for that pizza (and pop tart). 69 pounds, eh? That is really impressive. You are really impressive. I am starting to think about trying to shave some calories off my daily regime because of you, nothing drastic as my stomach will not permit me to eat much less than I am.

You obviously put a lot of thought in to this.

I don't permit regular pizza (besides my Lean Cuisines) in my house anymore (poor DH he has to suffer a lot for my weight loss :) ), it is an addiction with me. Once I have a bite, I can't stop eating it...until i have 3-4 slices.. hmmm soo goood. Same with eating out. I absolutely love Indian food and we used to go to the Indian buffet like once a week, not anymore. I am planning to introduce these back into my life soon though.
Anyway yesterday's food looked good for you!! Hope you see a good number on the scale today.!!
Halloween challange is only a week away.. YAY.

Howdy everyone,good to see your smiling faces on this HOTTTTT Friday lol!
Well according to the scale I lost 1&1/2 lbs so I am hust putting down 1 lb because it was a bouncy one and I usually go with the 1st one I see so instead of 184.5I am just putting 185!:)
Now according to everything I read a healthy weightloss os 2lbs is the best and most likely it won't come back unlike the drastic weightlosses per week so I am 185 and I set my Halloween goal of 165 thats 20 lbs and counting this week before the challange it should be 167 as the goal but the extra 2lbs loss shouldn't be a big deal.
Anyway have a gr8 weekend everyone and can't wait for the HALLOWEEN CHALLANGE!:jump: Tammy

Breyers sara lee icecream strawberry cheesecake(160 1 serv fat 6)this is amazing same cals as the WW deserts and this is my fave lol.
Dinner 2 eggbeater bacon 2 % swiss weight watchers mcmuffins(390 cals)
Snack 2 poptars strawberry(400 cals)
1/2 french bread pizza(200 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1480 I am trying to keep it around 1,500 on the weekends not the healthest but hey it's FRIDAY I NEED A SMALL BREATHER.

I AM GOING TO DO MY STATIONARY BIKE LATER SO WE'LL SEE HOW MANY MILES I CAN DO.

Hi Tammy! Congratulations on the 1.5lb loss!! yay!! you'll be back in the 170's in just a few weeks! You are doing great! Sorry it's so hot there:( Hope you all get some relief over the weekend! Hope you have a great weekend!!
