You're doing fabulous, Tammy! :) You'll most definitely reach your goal weight, hun. Hmmm.. have you figured out what you want to be for Halloween? Hmmm you could always wear that wig and go as a succubus, you little hottie you! hahaaa! Also, I was just curious because your meal plan had a lot of Weight Watchers items, but are you on that program now or just buying it from the grocery store? :D You're doing great. Keep it up, little mama!

I am GOING to make my Halloween goal,I can feel it.I think for now I would be very very extremly HAPPY with 150 so I am going to make that my ULTIMATE GOAL,when I get there if I still look bad and then maybe I will take 5 lbs at a time.But hey I can live with 150...:)

HI Tammy, you and I have pretty much the same weight goal!! Your food choices are great all seem to be healthy and delicious !!! You are going to make your goal for Halloween!!

yea pop rocks and cola are good and haven't exploded yet.

Tammy when it comes Halloween time take all your leftover goodies and put them in a care package down to Houston and that way you wont be tempted.

I wont eat them I promise...........:jump:

I walked home about 2 miles I am getting ready to do 4 miles on the stationary bike my crunches and some weights.I stuck to menue once again YAY!!C-yas tomorrow it will be actually kind of qiuet hahah funny thing is they started school on early release day so 2 instead of 3.They are excited to go back to.Tammy

Hope you had a great day sounds like you did a good job with exercise and staying with the menu today. keep up the good work. Like Hajni I can't wait for the halloween challenge to start just gotta figure out what my goal is going to be for it now.

I was going to say can the day go any smoother but my son came home from school in a foul mood slamming doors getting attitude bouncing off the walls but he has football practice tonight so we'll see.
As far as me I feel so gosh darn gr8.I ate healthy including breakfast I got my 1st workout in incase I don't get to do anything tonight after practice.
Ok here is my menue

Hey Tammy hope you have a great day tonight. Sounds like a good food day so thats always good. Today's food for me hasn't been the greatest but not bad either. So i plan once alex goes down for his nap to go at least 50 crunches and my 2 mile walk or play on ddr for at least 20 minutes then tonight after dinner going on a walk and playing more ddr after alex goes to bed. and maybe some more crunches not sure yet. i still gotta go to the store before i make dinner ugh i hate shopping but it gives me exercise.. haha.. hope you have a great time tonight see you online if you get a chance.
 
Howdy everyone well I walked home from practice about a mile and a 1/2 I didn't take the long way I am tired.Lol my son did good on his tackling but when it came time for him to tackle he got plowed not hurt tho geeesh he is only 40 lbs.It is so much fun to watch them at practice also watching my daughter cheerlead,I pick the picknic bench in the middle so I can watch both sides of the field.
I made it home and had my watermelon and a poprock popsicle I didn't have eat the granola so I am shy some calories but oh well thats good.
Ok I am off to read some diaries
Total exersice 1 mile 1/2 walking 5 miles stationary bike.75 crunches,20 squats,weights a few for my flabby arms
