They are yummy good for snaclk ot breakfast toast them then spread a little peanutbutter on them or I may try this 1 put my egg beaters with Fat free cheese on 1.

Anyway, I was gonna say, great pictures, you are really pretty, attractive and obviously charming. I like your hair and the pictures of your kids are cute too.

Before when I read your diary I rememberyou were very good about posting your food. STill are, and you are exercising. YOu're doing great. I was just surprised by your calories. Can you explain?

I have done 1,200 cals for a while and it works for me plus I make sure I eat alot of food they are just low in calories I have my 304 servs of fruits and veggies,3 meals 3 snacks lots of water just the numbers run between 1,100-1,300 where I want to be right now.I do eat a little more on the weekends.
Yeah I post my food and exersices daily I am bad on the weekend but I try.The weekends I eat around 1,500 because I stay up later.

Hey, that sounds great. I guess, I mean I never, never and I tried, could live a day on 1700 calories, and I tried at first when I joined the forum, because that was what I was seeing other people eat. I just got crazy hungry and decided that the deciding factor was going to have to be "as little as possible I can get by on" and that turned out to be around 2000 calories.

Then Dariqueen asked me if I knew what my caloric range was and that got me interested in a formula.

You've been at this for a long time, at least as long as I have, and I was surprised to see your ticker say only five pounds lost? I was under the impression you had lost more than that.

HOpe this doesn't sound confrontation, I'm just saying...How long have you been eating up to 1500 calories?
 
Hey tammy, Good evening.. Hope your day went great. I know today was a busy one for me. Had tons of errands to run today. I got some great food though today when i had to get more milk as we ran out a few days ago. lol I got 1% milk so i hope it doesn't taste to funny to us since we are used to drinking whole milk.. lol I also got some blackberries and raspberries and 2 bunches of banana's so i can make some yummy shakes for breakfast now.. woohoo.

Well hope you had a good day and that tomorrow goes just as good. Keep up the good work.

I am getting great food options from your diary, I am thinking I might just have to try some of those muffins!!
You are keeping up on you exercise too, that is great!! I got those flabby arms as well, trying to get them look somewhat presentable, but I am not having much success. :)

Well I managed to do my stationary bike on setting 5 at 15 MPH for 4.1 miles +75 crunches+25 squats+a few minutes of different arm exersices using 2-5lb weights so a total of 40 minutes of workout.I may take the dog for a walk tonight LATE it is 96 degrees out again plus with practises I may not feel like doing anything else we'll see.I liked what I saw on the scale but nothing official until tomorrow.I rechecked the chart with my goal weight and what I need to lose a week to get there and I am on target except maybe for a lb.

The muffins are great I reccomend them to try and only 100 cals and you can put anything on them they are soft i=on the inside crunchy on the outside(after toasting)

MY MENUE
Breakfast
1 mcmuffin with egg beater Fat Free cheese and canadian bacon (170 cals)Left over eggs in the skillett(40 cals)
Lunch
1 lean rotisseree chicken sand on lite wheat w/ 2% swiss and mustard(170 cals) 1 pk of baked doritos (100 cals)
Snack
1 cup of cubed watermelon(50 cals)
1 pop rock popsicle (40 cals)
Dinner
Weight Watchers 3 cheese zini(320 cals)mixed veggies(70 cals)
Snack
cubed watermelon (50 cals)
1 curves granola bar(100 cals)
Total Calories~~1150 Exersices 4.1 BIKE squats,crunches,arm weights:)

Hey girl food looks good. wow even curves has gotten on the diet food bandwagon lol.
 
Lol yeah they were cheaper than the store bought ones I buy I guess cuz it's a new product.They taste ummm basically the same lol.

Ok I wanted to share some pics with ya some are cuite just not the one of me The 1st is me and I dyed my underneith hair blue black and you can see the lots of black lol,2nd pic my son sharing his cherry lolipop with the dog 3rd my lil guy checking out my big guys helmet and the 4th pic is my big guy passed out sitting str8 up lol!!!
