Well I managed to do my stationary bike on setting 5 at 15 MPH for 4.1 miles +75 crunches+25 squats+a few minutes of different arm exersices using 2-5lb weights so a total of 40 minutes of workout.I may take the dog for a walk tonight LATE it is 96 degrees out again plus with practises I may not feel like doing anything else we'll see.I liked what I saw on the scale but nothing official until tomorrow.I rechecked the chart with my goal weight and what I need to lose a week to get there and I am on target except maybe for a lb.
The muffins are great I reccomend them to try and only 100 cals and you can put anything on them they are soft i=on the inside crunchy on the outside(after toasting)

1 cup of cubed watermelon(50 cals)
1 pop rock popsicle (40 cals)

Weight Watchers 3 cheese zini(320 cals)mixed veggies(70 cals)
