"WOW"ANNA, That is so true what you said and makes alot of
since,I think what has happened is I found myself to comfy with
the "EVIL"BAD"NO GOOD"foods again and each day it gets harder to
go back to not choosing out to eat pasta,pizzas,and malts geeeesh I
can see why I gained so much and to think those HOLLYWOOD skinnys
take so long to put on 10-20 lbs for a role in a movie I will share my
quick gain secrets..hahaha....ANYWAY I am going to open my little
eyes and give it another shot I am not quitting besides I LOVE when my
tickers reas"80 lbs"lost not 65 blahhhhh I gained so much back this time
it is so unreal also TOM had to choose today BUT I am not going to let
that make me waist another day that I can lose...
CERELLA I stopped by to say hi in your diary and a few others even tho I had
to dust the COBWEBS off of mine lol....I promise I will be back it just took longer to open my eyes and 15 lbs MY GOSH................HAVE A GR8 WEEKEND

you guys are a great mitivator. i just joined this site, i wasn't sure if i would be into this but i really think i am. I read through some of the blogs and you all are just so supportive! i hope to join you in reaching towards my goals. time to get motivated! congrats on your current weight loss. :)

Tammy, I"m glad you're feeling better about the situation. I can always do better at healthy lifestyle choices when I'm not judging myself. One of the little tricks I use so I don't feel overwhelmed, is I tell myself "just for today" I'm eating healthy. We are sensual beings ... we like beauty (eyes), music (ears), the feel of the breeze (touch), the smell of things, and the taste of things. Therefore, the thought of departing from the taste of many things we enjoyl can be rather disturbing. I'm trying to learn to say "I am not eating that right now, but I may eat it later on in my life". Instead of "I will never eat that again because it's a SIN food". Self-discipline shouldn't mean we completely depart from things, it just means we decide when there's a place for it in our lives and when there's not. This way I don't scare myself into believing the rest of my life will be this austere, nun-like existence. LOL

I totally agree! Yes, I'm determined to lose weight, but I'm also determined not to deprive myself of things *coughchocolatecough* that I love. Otherwise, what would the point of living be?
 
Well you - Im here for ya- Ive just been busy fighting my own battles - I just cant seem to find onderland...it sucks...anyway I really wanna see you doing this again...and being happy and healthy - I can be good for a cpl of days but hten that is it - I need to figure out how to balance everything and start loosing and loosing enough to get to onderland - I need to start planning more...
 
Ok I have slipped up again thanks to MR BEN AND JERRY lol....I am going grocery shopping in the morning for some healthy foods and also me and hubby are taking the kids to Kings Island (amusement/water park)and I am taking my 15 month old son to swim and splish splash while hubby takes the kids on rioller coasters(I HATE THOSE BY THE WAY I AM TERRIFIED)...It suppose to be 95 degrees geeeesh!!!

MY MENUe for tomorrow as planning ahead is going to be done for here on out.

Ok not a bad day ,matter of fact a BETTER DAY!!I went swimming with my kiddies and hubby at sis n laws house instead of KINGS ISLAND it was way too hot (95ish) I swam and walked around the pool for a couple hours then splashed around did the 1 game of who can hold their breath the longest I made it to 74 seconds not bad lol.
My food was all good except for "A" chicken sandwhich but that was my only bad thing.I also walked the dog about a mile because it was hot and I swam alot for my exersices.OK here is my menue for today.........
BREAKFAST Mini cinnomon bagle with reduced fat cream cheese(180 cals)
LUNCH- Tuna sald with 8 lowfat crackers(200 cals)20 grapes(60 cals)
SNACK 1 South Beach peanutbutter bar(140 cals)
15 fishy crackers(50 cals)
SUPPER 1 OCHARLIES 3 cheese chicken sand(700 cals)eeeek
1/2 glass mountain dewm (100 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1470 STILL NOT BAD BAD
EXERSICES swimming for 2-3 hours and walking dog 1 mile oh and 75 crunches to get me use to the routine again lol,Tammy

Lol you would be amazed at the things you try and like. My 15 month old son eats these frozen dry GERBERT dry fruits bannah/strawberry and they are so yummy they are like puffed air melt in your mouth anyway I put some in my KASHI go lean cereal and it is really good.I have tried dry fruits but these baby ones are awesome -25 cals per serv 100 cals for the whole bag lol.
Break/Lunch 1 bowl kashi go lean cereal w/ skim milk and Haydens dry baby fruit (220 cals)
SNACK Watermelon triangles several ~~(100 cals)
 
LOL at baby food. I love the fruit they have in the jars!! Good stuff. I actually worked with a girl who went on a diet eating only baby food! Weird I know but it was right before she got married and it worked for her. I've never wanted to try it though!! Hope things keep getting better for you. Last Ovt. We did a Halloween challenge and we had to eat 5 fruits and veggies a day in the different color groups. I did really well then and am back to that now! Anyway hope things go great for you!!:)
