Hi tammy!!! No need for the guard;) I am here reading when I can:) I am glad you seem to be getting back on track! It is so hard! I feel like I am in this rut and something just had to change. I just wanted to eat a bit more. We will see how the new plan works. Obviously eating Dairy Queen everyday doesn't work as I saw this weekend;) lol. Are you trying that slim diet thing I read about in an earlier post? Let me know how that works. Seems like you might be in the same situation as me with needing just a bit more calories. 1400 isn't so bad:) :hug2: nice to be back:) take care!

YESTERSDAY MENUE
kashi lean cereal with baby dry fruit skim milk(200 cals)
watermelon lots (100 cals)
1 piece lemeon pepper chicken breast(170 cals)
weight watchers chicken fetuu(320 cals)
2 serv mixed veggies(80 cals)
25 gree grapes(50 cals)
1 southbeach peanutbutter bar (140 cals)
1 special K vanilla bar(90 cals)
GRAND TOTAL 1160 nNo exersices besides shopping lol hey I had a good food day tho I am getting there!!

MISH I am glad your doing well I still think your awesome when to comes to planning and exersicing ect.

DINNER-1 weight watchers chicken fettuchini(320 cals) 2 servs mixed veggs(80)
SNACK-watermelon(80 cals)peanutbutter south beach protien bar(140 cals)1 breyers choch ice cream sand(140 cals)lol hott days call for ice cream hahaha
SNACK- 1 healthy turkey sand w/ ff cheese and mustard(175 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1275 AND 2 MILES OF WALKING WELL NOT QUITE 2 I WOULD SAY 1.6
IT WAS 95 TODAY BURN BABY BURN:rotflmao:

I use different ones but mostly mycaloriecounter.... I found it doing a random search one day. French fries would have been better lol....... Not better for you but better lol..........

most of it comes from the package. I get a lot of frozen chicken breast from walmart and the like....

Silly girl;) there is lots of love here. Just random posting times:D Food does sound good and yay for the 1.6 miles:) You are doing good! Hot weather is definatly time for ice cream. I was getting crazy and just downing skinny cow ice cream cones yesterday but only had two and it didn't ruin my calories for the day!! Yay ice cream! It seems like you are using your ice cream wisely;) ha ha. I hope you have a great day!!
 
Yay I lost 2 lbs this week could have done better but I haven't been on strict mode.I switched to THURSDAYS for weigh in days because once Friday rolls around it has always been a hectic day well that goes for the whole weekend!
I am shooting for a totally 100% cheat freee week starting SUNDAY I am saying this because I already know that hubby is taking me to my fave resteraunt SATURDAY for my B-DAY speaking of I am turning "34" HOLY MOLY bring on the senior discounts hahaha....Most impoprtant I don't feel it or look it well I don't think.Have a gr8 day all and HOWDY ""B" KORRIE MISH HILLY""HUGGS..:hug2:
 
You definatly don't look 34!!! Happy Pre-Birthday and congratulations on the 2 lbs!! Every little bit helps and 2 lbs isn't shabby at all! It got you back into the 180's:D :hug2:

Breakfast
Kashi go lean high protien cereal with a 1/2 nannah skim milk and splenda(250 cals)
Lunch
1 Grilled ham and swiss using 2% swiss lite wheat bread and butter spray(210 cals)1 bake potatoe butter spray FF sour cream(150 cals)
SNACK
Breyers ice cream sandwhich (140 cals)
Dinner
UHOH....3 slices of pep pizza and 1 breadstick(900 -1000 cals???):eek2:
I KNOW BLEW IT TOWARDS the end but once again since I have kind of cheated the past month I am getting food for my B-DAY my brother had pizza delivered paid for for me and my kids and like I said the dinner date with hubby SAT lol then nothing on my CALENDER until Haloween and it's more like a drink a lbeer kind of party lol so technolly I can get back on track and by THANKSGIVING I will be ""ALOT"" thinner and in more control!
OK OFF TO MY GUILTY WALK LOL TAMMY:jump:
