Howdy everyone!
Well I managed to get a 1 mile walk in do to time hubby had to go to work but I did do 3 hours of yard work which included raking pulling weeds sweeping spraying down the yard and rocks putting mulch down carrying bags of leaves and trash to the garbage which is way in the back of my house! I am also going to try CERELLAS video she sent me tonight and do 2 miles on my stationary bike! I am so pumped the scale showed ">183<"this morning so I am shooting for 182 by Friday that will be -2 lbs and thats a healthy weight loss.Glad to lot's of ya's stopping by to say hi puts a smile on my face :D !
MY MENUE
1 bowl of cheerios w/ skim milk and splenda(220 cals)I had a big bowl lol
1 bake potatoe healthy loaded with FAT FREE sourcream,cheese spray butter bacon bits(180 cals)NOTE:THIS FILLS YOU UP FOR HOURS***********:)
1 weightWatchers chcohlate fudge cake(220 cals)
1 weightwatchers chciken fettuchinni(320 cals)
2 serv mixed veggies(70 cals)
1 special K vanilla snack bites dipped in peanutbutter(150 cals)
20 green grapes(60 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1220 MUCH BETTER!!!
EXERSICES walked 1 mile 3 hours yard work 2 miles stationary bike
 
183???WOW!! WTG GIRL! You'll be in the 170's before ya know it!!

3 hrs of yard work is a great way to burn those cals!

I have been having my last snack at 7pm and this seems

Hey Tammy; haven't popped in for a while. Hope you're proud of yourself because that's one helluva great day you had today. Here's to stringing those ON PLAN days together, one at a time.

Ha Tammy that was how I felt but if you love to dance you will get it...you I dont care to dance and I have two left feet...I just htought you might as well try puttin it to use b/c I dont use it at all

Hey congratulations on 183. I was just wondering how you were doing and its great news. I was 186 today. A new low. I am so encouraged that I"m gonna do it this time (lose the weight). Have a great day, girlfriend. I'm gonna have to come after you.

KORRIE, my son isn't sick anymore but he still tuggs at that ear! I can't wait until he gets his tubes in,my aunt said he will act like a much happier baby:)

CERELLA I am so uncornated I had trouble marching in place and moving my hips at the same time in the warm up part lol whats weird is when I was 6 until about 13 I took tap ballett and gymnastics and I can still up to this day do a back bend a cartwheel and a round off but I have trouble dancing I am hoping I can catch on I may try it tonight since I can't walk my hubby is at work late again.:rolleyes:

OK I worked on my backyard today for 2 hours of raking and fixing my red rounded bricks my kids over fall break last year had turned them all over and messed them up looking for worms and snails and it took me 1 hour just to restack them and clean them off geeesh!I am planning on using my exersicie bike tonight while watching AMERICAN IDOL and try the DVD dance again.

CALORIES 1120 EXERSICE 2 HOURS YARD WORK +BIKE WILL UPDATE LATER:)

Ok I did 45 minutes of exersicing including 4.5 miles on my exersice bike 20 minutes of dancing to NIN and 50 crunches 2 sets of 12 squats 1 set of 15 scissors 1 set of 12 lunges per leg.2 hours of hard labor in the yard lol.

Nooo, Elliot from American Idol last year! He's looking pretty good and I was really impresssed by his singing!

Korrie I am so bad with names but I know who your talking about
and I did miss it.I usually don't get into it except the 1st week of rejects
thats my fave lol! Well I feel like the weather GLOOMY I also have visions of bad foods circling in my head BAD cravings! I fixed a southbeach cheese pizza I am hoping this kills the cheese stick craving (100 cals per stick :eek: )
It will be 3 weeks tomorrow that I have done really good! I am trying to wait until friday or saturday and go out and have a meal with 1 of my gift certificates? I will be back later to post food and exersices,Tammy:)
 
Ok I did whind up going out to eat to "CHEDDERS" but I still may have came close to my calories I also managed a 2 mile walk afterwards.

TOTAL CALORIES 1465 SO NOT HORRIBLE AS I THOUGHT AND I FORGOT I DID LEAVE 1/3 OF MY PASTA I ACTUALLY GOT FULL FOR THE 1ST TIME I HAD WATER TO DRINK.
EXERSICE 2 MILES WALKING MY DOG
