Lol I dunno Amy but I hate it.We are getting rain till
Monday than drop in the 20's 30's with snow! Anything
to keep us ladies in the house.
EXERSICE TOTALS
TREADMILL-1 MILE 16.40 MIN
4 MILES ST. BIKE
125 CRUNCHES
AND NO CHEATING WOOHOO
 
Im so proud of your loss, I see that ticker moving , good for you!!! Im finally down 2lbs, it is a bt stinkin time...LOL...catch up with ya latta!!!
 
:) Howdy everyone,
Well I finally got my butt moving early but not that
early early lol!I slept through breakfast (kids are off lol)and I woke up
ate lunch went to the dollar store than hit the floodwall for a 3 mile walk
and parayed like heck it wouldn't pour on me until I atleast I made it to the
end and 1/2 way back lol I lucked out and it sprinkled the whole time which
I would much rather walk in that than the 20's thats coming out way Monday. I came home and got my 100 crunches over with also. :)
DAY 16
BREAKFAST- sleep
LUNCH- 1 toasted turkey sand made with low cal bread and meat and fat free cheese plus a 60 cal carmel topped pudding(240 cals 2 fat)
SNACK- special K honey nut bar (90 cals 2.5 fat)
Dinner 1 piece lemon pepper chciken breast 2 servs mixed veggs(280 cals 4 fat)
SNACK #1 11my last peice of chcicken breast(200 cals 4 fat)
SNACK #2 1 apple with peanutbutter(190 cals 5 fat)
CALORIES 1000 I MAY ADD 100 CAL PK SNACK TO GET IT 1100
I WALKED 3 MILES AT A FAST PACE +100 CRUNCHES:)
HAVE A NICE DAY
 
Hey there........your dinner sounded really good!!!!! I have yet to make supper here so now i'm thinking lemmon pepper chicken man!!!!
Hope the rain goes away for ya......it's gotta be better than our butt ass cold weather here thoe!!!!:eek: :D

Hey there NB (**huggs**) back at ya!! Well guys I went ahead since texas
chainsaw masacre was on I pulled my bike into the living room and did 4 miles.So 3 miles walking 4 miles st.biking and 100 crunches,Tammy
 
Ok folks I was very hungry and I ate after 10 pm and it wasn't
the best.I had cheese quesadilla w/ reg sour cream was out of reduced
350 cals and a peanut butter sand no jelly and was on healthy bread if
that counts(170) so I am adding 520 to my 1000 which New Total is 1520!
Which isn't horrible but considering I ate after 8 pm it was about 10:45
I did exersice a whole bunch so hopefully I didnt screw up to bad!! Tammy
 
You'll be fine Tammy - what's more important then the time of when you eat is how much you eat - 1500 in calories is fine - especially with all the exercising you've been doing.

Don't sweat it!
 
Thank you M2M!! I always enjoy it while I am starving than the guilt
comes shortly afterwards lol.I am just going to go about my routine
and hope I still do good with Mondays weigh in for challange.
Don't you ever sleep lol JOKE I am up late on the weekends also,Tammy
