Hey Ms. Tammy don't let the going out to eat make ya too mad just try not to do it three times a week. I have been wanting a huge plate of barbecue and a loaded baked potato but the calories.........ouch. It hard no to have the things we want. I guess all you can do is try to offset the calories by the rest of the day when that happens. It's just hard to put all of your calories into one meal; later that night when your hungry you almost feel starved lol.
 
Thank you hilly I didn't have anything to eat the rest of the
night well I was full anyway being obbsessed with the scale
so far no damage done I did walk and exersiced afterwards to
hopefully work off desert lol! Wow I just checked my weightloss
table and I have been in the 190's since OCT 1 wow time to get
my butt to 180's geeeeesh,Tammy

Being obsessed with the scale isnt such a bad thing sometimes...your doing great and i am proud of you!!! I will join you on the exercise cruisaide soon, I promise...
 
(((((HUGGGS 2LA))))))))Well menue changes instead of weight watchers I bought a rotisere chcicken cooked at krogers and had the breast with my veggies.The cals are the same prob but fat went down a couple.Seemed a little more healthier to since I am getting a later start at dinner.I am going out for my 2 mile walk and 100 crunches and if I don't play cards I am going to do 3-4 miles on my st.bike?Tammy:)
 
Hey tammy..... I like you eating real food instead of all those boxed diet meal anyhow. I never did trust all those insta meals..... Though there are a few I can't do without lol......
 
wow, looks like your doing a great job hun!! Do you take measurements?? That can be real motivating, when you see you've lost a few inches :)

I did go blonde, but didnt like it, it just looked weird :)

O k everyone made it home from POKER night lol geeesh couldn't catch a hand I would win the blinds lol ok enough poker lingo I am a little mad that I didn't get my exersices in that I had planned to do but as soon as I posted the phon rang and we left then I got home at 2am and I made myself do the 100 crunches and some scissors but no walking or biking tooo late.
I don't care if I am on my death bed I will do 100 crunches everyday because I am really noticing tummy shrinking even though scale want's to ne a butt head lol!

NEWBRIDE No I haven't measured not sure how and where I tries with a metal measurer once just messing around and I suck my tummy in out of habbit plus I am not sure if ya measire the middle or at the hips or belly button ect???

Wishes you have the face to pull off any hairstyle I liked the blonde but I also liked the blue,orange and now the pink! I gotcha on the stars I'll drop it ;) Tammy

Ok well I will be walking tomorrow as long as it don't rain and if it does I will be on the dreadmill ;) ! Tammy

Good morning Tammy:) As for measurements I wasn't sure either so I have several measurements: waist at bellybutton, hips at roll (lol I have a roll between my bellybutton and crotch so that's the area), then hips at crotch area. Makes sure I have all my measurements. Also take upper thigh and lower thigh, calf (at the thickest part) and upper arm. It is nice because you can always see those numbers moving and write them down. Once a month I write down my measurements and then I measure once a week or so. And I think as long as you measure yourself in the same place each time:)
You are doing so well on exercise and building lots of muscle with your sit ups! A pound lost is a pound lost and you may have what my friend calls a "swooshie" which means you will lose a bundle all at once! You are doing great!!

I love your commitment to those tummy crunches - I SO need to start doing something about that on a regular basis (OK, how long have I been saying that?) ;)

I think the most important thing is not where you measure,so much, but remembering to measure that same spot(s) everytime. Me, personally, I measure my hips, at the widest part, my stomache is measured right above my belly button. Anyways, its certainly something I'd suggest, its equally fun to see those numbers going down!

SO FUNNNY I AM OVER THE STAR POWER LOL I just haven't seen
like 2-3 stars disapear over night I found it WIERD! Well I am
probally going to ge stuck indoors exerscing it is once again raining
POURING!!!!!!!!! If it lets up after dinner I will be out if not bike and
dreadmill!!
DAY 11
BREAKFAST-- slept till 12:48 pm so did kids :eek:
Lunch - chicken club pinni sandwhich lean cuisine(320 cals 9 fat)
SNACK - Weight Watchers double fudge cake(220 cals 4 fat)
DINNER- 1 lemon pepper chciken breast mixed veggies(300 clas 4 fat)
SNACK- special k honey nut snack bar(90 cals 2 fat)1 teaspoon peanutbutter
(90 cals 5 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1030 LOW BUT I SLEPT ALL DAY :)
 
Ok 5:00 M I did my 5.12 miles on bike =21.54 mins + 50 crunches
and going walking with sis N law around 7:30 2 miles + 50 crunches :) !
The rain quit for now YTIPPPEEE! Tammy
 
Ok it is 7:50 and we walked about 2 miles and a BIG STEEP hill
the kind you have to lean forward to get up it lol I was so out
of breath and I did my other 50 crunches when I came in!
I need a good weigh in for tomorrows NewYears Challange I
feel I did good all week except 1 meal on Friday!:) Tammy
