After 6 months i have no problems eating only 1200 cal a day. though it was harder at first until i figured out a bunch of meals i liked that were low cal. I also seemed to have shrunk my stomach and tought myself some self control :)


WISHES - I get a little aggervated over that I have lost 65 lbs out of
105 lbs and I swear I can put away the food now(if I allowed it)as I did
a year ago! My tummy has shrunk to but no luck with with the amount
of food I can eat it all still self control and no hopes of ever enjoying
what it is like to feel full unless it is my day to have a meal of my
choice.Hopefully it will get better.(**waves to cinder "b" pinky**)!

I'm only 5"2. So i look like oil tank with 134 lbs.

Feb? Great! I can do this after Chinesee New Year celebrations. Gonna hv a bad time with food i think. esp all the 'Bak Kwah' (bbq square bacon) and oily snacks!!!!:eek:

Yeah you always struggle somewhat. I guess i might be one of the lucky ones. i was lazy before... it made me fat .. now im lazier and just cant be assed eating *G*
Before if i didnt eat i would end up with a REALLY sore tummy to the point of doubled up in agony. Now if i dont eat for a while i barely notice it. So the physical side is good, so i only have to deal with the mental side of it.
 
Just came back by to shake my pom poms for ya for being so sweet to me...and because you deserve it!! *shakes pom poms and jumps up and down* Love ya girlie! *hugs*
 
Oh tammy - I hear ya about the food!

I think the good news, is that with all that exercise we're doing, we'll be creating more lean muscle to fat ratio, and we'll be burning more calories while we sleep.

So as we eat, our bodies will be doing a better job!
 
Hiya Tammy!! Dig this weather? Man, I must have jinxed it with my bitching and moaning..lol. ;) I have the opposite problem with eating before I could eat and eat and be fine, now my stomach has shrunk so much that I eat a lean cuisine and I'm stuffed to the gills... unless it's close to that time then all bets are off. :D
 
Howdy guys and gals Great to see ya's! Well another notch in my
belt for a day well done.I found that drinking SKIM MILK with my meal has given me a nice full feeling and NOWAY i could drink the crap plain,GET this I found at the store these little 5 calorie 0fat 1 carb FLAVORED DISNEY POWDER PACKETS I bought strawberry but they have your basic calories and makes the milk taste like a treat but I did pay $3.49 for 10 lil pks!
DAY 13
Breakfast omlette in a bag (bacon egg sub fat free cheese)1 piece low cal toast with butter spray(210 cals 5 fat)
Lunch 1 lean cuisine chciken club pinini sand w/mustard(320 cals 9 fat)
Snack 1 peanutbutter crunch slimfast bar(120 cals 4 fat)
DInner 1 piece chciken breast(200 cals 4 fat)1 loaded bake potatoe LOADED WITH FAT FREE sour cream,cheese butter spray(185 cals 0 fat)1 sm glass
strawberry skim milk(130 cals 2 fat)
Snack Fat free jello and whip topping(60 cals 0 fat)
TOTAL CALS 1195

Going for a 2 mile walk tonight as soon as sis n law calls me and
my 100 crunches. Tammy:)
 
Tammy you are doing great ! You are really inspiring to me!! Look at your water and exercise!!!:)


Awww thank you "B" that means alot. Ok I went for a little over a 2 mile
walk (note it was freezing)then came home did 2 .3 miles on my bike and
100 situps.They are still killing my tummy to do so maybe 1 more week of
getting used to then I'll up it by 25 more.Tammy

Well my day is going ok so far it is early release
day for school so they should be running in HYPER any minute!!
Never again will I buy lean breakfast hot pockets I am all about
quanity and I swear they taste freat but not worth 140 cals for
5 bites :rolleyes: !!!

Lunch 1 South Beach Pizza (320 cals 9 fat)
Snack Weight Watchers double fudge cake (220 cals 7 fat)

2 little pieces of cheese(30 cals 4 fat)

Lot's of food for low calories but wasn't empressed with breakfast unless I ate 2 lean pockets
for 280 cals 9 fat which isn't bad I guess.

*OHD waves at Tammy* :) Hey girlie! I love Lean Cuisine dinners, but I gave them up when I realized how much sodium was in those suckers! :eek:
