Howdy, everyone
Did someone say FUDGE??? Well not much going on
I already did my 2.5 mile walk on the flood wall and 100 crunches.
I might st..bike later??Big MAYBE LOL.
DAY 14
Breakfast- Omlette in a bag (170 cals 3 fat(
Lunch- 1 lemon pepper chciken breast 1 small bake potaoe loaded with everything fat free(360 cals 5 fat)
Snack- 1 Weight Watcher cheesecake stawberry(140 cals 4 fat)
Dinner toasted low cal bread with turkey breast fat free cheese musratd bacon bits(180 cals 3 fat) 2 serv mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)100 cal cheeto pk(100 cals 4 fat)
Snack 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
3 sugar free pieces of starwberry creamsavers for bingo lol(30 cals 1 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1160 WALKED 2.5 MILES + 100 CRUNCHES
WEIGH IN DAY TOMORROW CMON DO ME GOOD THIS WEEK....:D :D

lol, sorry hun..yea i know there was some confusion on that. I should have just kept my original diary and never made a new one...live and learn i guess.....but yest I combined all my diaries into the one, so that way theres only 1 of my diary's floating around ...phew..what a mess huh??

Anyways, your doing great hun...i'm proud of you!!!

I went ahead so my weigh in will be good and did 4 miles
on my bike so here are the totals.
2.5 Miles walking floodwall
100 crunches
4 miles stationary biking

Hey tammy.... will biking gives u huge calf muscle? I notice mine bulge the next day whenever I do something with the bike machines. Freaked me out so I use the treadmill now.

I haven't noticed that yet but I will keep a look out I do not want
manly calves lol! I am just now eliminating the flad from them.I have 1
calf bigger than the other already do to being hit by a car when I was 15
I had a bloodclot under the skin but not in the vein but it always stayed
a lil bigger than the other.
Well I am off to bed and dream about the 140's lol! By the way I amtrying
to get use to that treadmill this is an older modle but it seems harder to
do than walking lol,Tammy:)
 
haha yeah cycling may give you big calves. But worse yet - it gives you bigger thighs and butt :)

If you go low impact and low resistance and faster speed it should be better *crosses fingers*

Though to be honest, lots of ugly muscle is a price im happy to pay if it means dropping the weight and being healthy.
its easier to get rid of muscle than fat :D
 
Howdy and good dreary afternoon!!
Well I am down 2.5 lbs I guess I can live with that.
I was hoping for a -4 but can't be too greedy well technically
I am down -3.5 lbs because I updated my ticker on Monday for
that New Year challange and totally forgot to add in the weight I
dropped there.So I am weighing in on Mon and Fri.
NO CHEAT DAY this week I feel I am doing so great why stall to
eat a meal now but I may add a couple extra hundred calories to
maybe help with weightloss.

It is so nasty out and hubby works late so I am going to dreadmill a
couple miles and bike.I am heading out to KMART maybe see if they have
a marked down good exersice video?I will update later and read a ton

Woo Hoo! Congrats on the super loss girl! *shakes pom poms* Dreadmill...*giggles* I know the feeling. Walking outside has spoiled me, I so hate the treadmill now.

Well thanks to the New Years Challange there
will be no more weekend treating myself! I am really in it for the
long run..... DAY 15
Breakfast- bacon egg cheese lean pocket(140 CAL 4 FAT)
Lunch- healthymade turkey sand w/mustard and 100 cal pk og peanutbutter cookies(275 cals 7 fat)
SNACK- 100 cal pk cheetos(100 cals 4 fat)
DINNER- 1 cheese quesadillas (2 whole wheat tortillas 100 cals 1 fat =pepperjack and 2 % chedder cheese 90 cals 7 fat + 1 tablesp reduce fat sour cream 30 cals 3 fat) = 220 cals 11 fat 2 servs mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)
SNACK 1 piece lemon pepper chciken breast(200 cals 4 fat)
Late snack 1 South beach peanutbutter cereal bar(140 cals 5 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1160
I already did 1 mile on tread=16.34 min + 100 crunches
I am going to do 4 miles on my ST.. bike when my lil guy wakes up,Tammy:)

Looks like a fantastic day! Congratulaions on the 2+lb!! Yay!! :D:D:D
What's up with this weather?! :eek: I think I'm going to hide out all weekend..lol. ;)
