Hey there Pinky,Dari! Yeah I loved walking and to have someone to
walk with it makes more easy to do and great convo!
I am doing great I wish they would ban Fast Food commercials
they drive me nuttzs lol I am sitting here tummy rumbling and they
show the new WENDYS commercial for $2.99 you get a bacon
chicken and cheese sand with fries and a pop where was that deal
a year ago lol?
DOn't worry no wendys in my near future unless it is a treat meal on my treat day which is Friday with good scale weigh inn's! Tammy:)
 
one thing i am grateful for is that there are not many fastfood in singapore. too small a place to have so many fastfood names. the latest to come here is Carl's Junior. They hv the adverts on buses and i get so grossed out when i look at it.
 
Hey Tammy.... I went and looked up the Wendy's calorie counts...OMG... the Fries... a SMALL fry. 440 calories! Thats INSANE... I can't/won't eat the fries there anymore... that and I don't think I can do the chicken sandwich either... I'm still a sucker for their nuggets though :( Hope you had a great weekend! Keep up the good work!

I wish I could get grossed out but I am a sucker for ANY chciken sandwhich
I hate anything hamburger which is a good thing the only beef I eat is
steak no hamburgers chili tacos pepporoni hotdogs anything with beef!
 
I am soooo glad I hate fast food. The only thing I will eat is KFC or Mcdonald's fries. And we don't have those here, so I only eat them once every month or two.

DARI, I don't even care for fast food either any place that has anything
chciken I am a sucker for KFC has those chciken snackers WENDYS has the best chicken breast sandwhich i CAN'T STAND Mcdonalds!!!

I have been doing pretty good since the day after xmas I had a treat meal
Friday and I did cheat NEW YEARS EVE besides that I have lost the 7lbs
I gained over the holidays back at 190!!!

Ok it's very cold out but I am still planning on walking later
with my sis n law well as long as my hubby gets off in time.
Not much to say so on with .......DAY 12
Breakfast omelette in a bag (170 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH 1 peice of lemon pepper chicken breast 1 bake potatoe with Fat
Free cheese Fat free sour cream and butter spray (385 cals 5 fat)
SNACK 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch (120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER 1 South Beach turkey wraps 2 servs mixed veggies(290 cals 10 fat)
SNACK 1 Special K honey nut (90 cals 1.5 fat)1 and 1/2 sugar free jello w/Fat free
whip cream (60 cals 0 fat)
TOTAL CALS 1118
Did 100 crunches + 3 miles stationary bike
Ok I did 1.5 miles on the dreadmill @3.5 mph burning an even 200 cals

Wow is it day 12 already? It doesn't seem like we have been back on for that long. Wow 1200 calories? I could never make it on that. I guess as I get smaller it will get harder for me.......

lol, me too. I hate those commercials. UGHH.

All the exercising you're doing is reallyyyyyy making me tired just reading it!! lol. Congrats. You are really working hard, I hope it pays off big time for you!
 
Ok exersice change my hubby isn't home yet so I went ahead
and did 1.5 miles 3.5 MPH on the treadmill and I changed my snack
from 1 peanutbutter spoon totaling 90 cals 5 fat to 1 1/2 sugar
free jello with fat free whip cream = 60 cals 0 fat :) better deal!

Hilly it is very hard sometimes doing 1200 cals I am only toughing it out
cuz it is showing results but trust me I get hungry alot but mainly after
hours when I can't have anything. I hope it is day 12 lol I do lose track of count sometimes.Waves to "Change "FS" !! Tammy:D
 
I cant only do 1200 cals, I need to eat more ...I can usually do abt 1300 or so or between 1300 - 1400 but not 1200, with work and everthing it isnt enough...

I know what you mean! But I try to stick at around 1200, but like tonight I went over. I am hoping the exercise I am doing compensates for that!:confused:
 
My muscles still aching and i been missing gym for 3 days already! Humph.

Does that mean i can't eat my norm? Haiz.

After 6 months i have no problems eating only 1200 cal a day. though it was harder at first until i figured out a bunch of meals i liked that were low cal. I also seemed to have shrunk my stomach and tought myself some self control :)
