Well I survived the night but did eat a bit of snacky stuff such as
Blt dip on bagles(2)and some taco dip with some nacho chips 4 jello
shots 1 beer 1 virgin strawberry daquery I just have trouble drinking
anymore so I only had a few.The MEAN scale did say 193 so 1 lb up
I figgurd it will be gone by weds and I am shooting for 190 by FRIDAY!
I am going to take a nap because i had only 4 hours sleep on a uncompfy
futon with my 2 girls so I am still in ZOMBIE mode.I will read diaries and
post menue exersice later,tammy

Day 5
taco dip with nacho chips 2 bagles with blt dip 1 cookie 1 chciken pattie
sandwhich and potatoe wedges 1 strawberry daquery 1 beer 4 jello shots
(TOTAL CALORIES ESTIMATED FOR NEWYEARS EVE 2100

DAY 6 NEW YEARS DAY
Breakfast Sleep
Lunch chicken club pinini lean cuisine
Snack ?
 
ohhh dip is like the enemy for me. its just so moreish and fatty :/

Ive been trying to stick to salsa if i have any at all, but its just not the same lol :D
Still you kept your cal pretty low over the whole period which is excellent!
 
I had dip last night too :) Cheeseball with crackers, fresh salsa, and guacamole with Tortilla chips. YUUMMM. That might explain why three pounds have latched back on to me.

Hello heidi I had a dip attack to lol!!
I am sure I can make a reduced fat versions of these dips they are
awesome! BLT DIP & BAGLES
Mayo Sour cream bacon bits diced tomatoes spread on a bagle add
shredded lettuce(which I like it better without)
TACO DIP & Tortilla chips
cream cheese sour cream 1 pk taco seasoning mix and then top the top
shredded lettuce cheese tomatoes and dip your tortilla chips in

I may make the BLT version healthy and make 1 for lunch.
HAPPPPY NEW YEARS EVERY ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D
DAY 6
Breakfast SLEEP
Lunch chciken club pinnini lean cuisine(320 cals 9 fat)
Dinner 2 servings mixed veggies 1 weight watchers chciken fettuchini(400 cals 11 fat)
SNACK 1 peanutbutter crunch slimfast and a peanutbutter spoon
(200 cals 9 fat)
Total CALS 920\
I know low but I was so tired today I slept from lunch to dinner and skipped breakfast and a snack.
EXERSICES So far I did 4 miles on statioary bike 50 crunches
Ok I went ahead and did 1 mile on my treadmill alternating jogging and fast pace walking
and then I did another mile on my BIKE and 50 more crunches!!! I f I can do this everyday
I will be 145 in no time!

HEY Tammy.... sorry it's been a while since I've been by.... just wanted to say that it looks like you're doing awesome! Now that I'm back to work..I should be able to get back to my eating routine. I haven't had dip in a while.... it'll be interesting to see how I do come Superbowl time! Have a GREAT new year! 07 is gonna rock for ALL of us! have a good one!
 
Hey girlie! LOVE the new avatar! I've been MIA myself, but I'm back on the grind now. I'm like SS, now that I'm back at work its easier to get back on track. I didn't have dip-fever I fell into an entire cake! :eek: *the shame*

I'm having the HARDEST time with this site today!! I don't know why my post showed up twice like that and I tried to delete it but it won't go away. lol It took me forever to get the darn thing posted, the site just kept "spinning." *sigh* Oh well...sorry for the confusion. Hopefully I can get around to all the diaries I've been missing....if the darn site will let me. :(
 
Hello darling! Nice to see u again! I hope all is well, I see u are almost in the 180s!! Congrats :D I can't wait to see these pounds start coming off. Any advice on exercise to do? Its getting way too cold to go outside. And the tae bo videos are def. gonna make me sore, I dont think I can get motivated to do them. lol. Well I am going to go do my 3 miles on the bike and 50 crunches now and
1.5 miles on the treadmill and 50 more crunches later to keep my metabolism
burning!I may walk the dog instead of treadmill depends on how cold it gets later?I am feeling great still I guess this is how it feels when ya eat right exersice and drink your water oh yeah did I mention cating up on sleep :) !
DAY 7
Breakfast omlett in a bag -egg sub cheese-(130 cals 4 fat)
Lunch- Lean cusine chciken club pinini sand w/mustard(320 cals 9 fat)
Snack- weight watchers strawberry cheesecake (150 cals 4 fat)
Dinner chicken breast 2 servings mixed veggies(300 cals 4 fat)
Snack- spoonfull peanutbutter(90 cals 5 fat)special k protien bar(110 cals 3.5 fat) right around TOTAL 1100 CALORIS

Lol you can borrow him between the hours of 1AM-4:30 Am
he is on hid dad's video game schedule now :rolleyes: !I can handle
staying up on the weekends with him late but the school nights
