Hello heidi I had a dip attack to lol!!
I am sure I can make a reduced fat versions of these dips they are
awesome! BLT DIP & BAGLES
Mayo Sour cream bacon bits diced tomatoes spread on a bagle add
shredded lettuce(which I like it better without)
TACO DIP & Tortilla chips
cream cheese sour cream 1 pk taco seasoning mix and then top the top
shredded lettuce cheese tomatoes and dip your tortilla chips in
I may make the BLT version healthy and make 1 for lunch.

DAY 6
Breakfast SLEEP
Lunch chciken club pinnini lean cuisine(320 cals 9 fat)
Dinner 2 servings mixed veggies 1 weight watchers chciken fettuchini(400 cals 11 fat)
SNACK 1 peanutbutter crunch slimfast and a peanutbutter spoon
(200 cals 9 fat)
Total CALS 920\
I know low but I was so tired today I slept from lunch to dinner and skipped breakfast and a snack.
EXERSICES So far I did 4 miles on statioary bike 50 crunches
Ok I went ahead and did 1 mile on my treadmill alternating jogging and fast pace walking
and then I did another mile on my BIKE and 50 more crunches!!! I f I can do this everyday
I will be 145 in no time!
