Thank you guy's!!Ok I went for a 45 minute dog bootcamp walk with my sis n law don't know the miles but it
was a good fast walk doggs were real energetic! I came home did 15 minutes fast on my
stationary bike don't know miles cuz batteries are dead in timer so I set my alarm clock! I
did 100 crunches and some 5 lb weights for my sholders and arms.Drank 128 ozs water Tammy:)

Wow, incredble. You make me wanna get up and do somethin! Wow....
 
Walks into room making gagging sounds!!! Miss goody 2 shoes!!:D :D :D Good job on all that exercise. I am put to shame ! Hangs head and quietly exits...
 
think i'll print out wat u did and stick it to my tv at home for motivation. havn't touched my workout videos for a loooong time! Keep going gal!:)
 
Hello everyone it is Friday and I am so behind.My computer decided
to not work all day yeasterday and after a few hours I paniced and
called the phone company and they saw from thier end that my Pc
wasn't holding a connection.Anyhoot thry couldn't get here until 2pm
today by now I am going through major pc withdraws lol! So I wrote
down everything and here it goes! Thanks everyone for stopping by
and showing support you guy's ROCK!
DAY 9 -thursday
BREAKFAST 1 south beach peanutbutter cereal bar (140 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH- 1 healthymade turkey sandwhich and 1-100 pk baked cheetos
(275 cals 6.5 fat)
SNACK- 1 WW strawberry cheesecake(140 cals 4 fat)
DINNER- 1 WW fettuchini 2 serv mixed veggies(400 cals 9 fat)
SNACK- slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)+ later
I made 2 serv of egg beaters w/ fat free cheese(80 cals 0 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1115
EXERSICES 1/2 mile on treadmill + 50 crunches
4 miles on stationary bike + 50 crunches
It poured rain forever so it was indoor exercises.
 
OK weighed in was a little disapointed worked my azz off for 1 LB!!!
Better than gaining and plus I am on my last day of the monthly deal!:rolleyes:
DAY 10
BREAKFAST omlett in a bag (180 cals 4 fat)\
LUNCH- peanutbutter jelly sand bread=80 cals peanutbutter =90 cals jelly 25 cals + 100 calorie pk cheetos=(300 cals 10 fat)
SNACK 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch(120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER????

Heya's everyone!! I eat the Weight Watchers deserts which are 140-220
cals and 3-5 grams fat The Slimfast peanutbutter crunch bars taste like
a butterfinger and only 120 cals and 4 fat yummmy!!

Ok went out to eat :rolleyes: had only the baby and my other 3 are at
their cousing b-day party/sleepover,so we took advantage I had a turkey club melt order smashed potatoes loaded (if ya wanna call it that lol) and
me and hubby split a Blonde(desert) I had an ice water to drink thats the only good thing I can say so I am guestamating 1500 cals +what I had earlier which was actually healthy stuff TOTALS 2100 :eek: :eek:

I did come home and me and the dog walked 2 miles in the rain fast lol
and came in and did my 100 crunches so I am thinking I atleast worked off desert ;) !
JUST WONDERING IF AND WHEN A MOD COMES BY THEY CAN EXPLAIN WHERE ALL MY STARS WENT??LOL GEESH I MISSED 1 DAY CUZ MY PC WAS BROKE AND MY STARS DISAPEAR LOL HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND TAMMY:)
 
im guessing somebody rated you lower so your stars went bye bye. I just rated it at 5 so it should raise up a bit. If everyone else does it it will hopefully get back there :D

from 5 to 3 oh well no biggie!OMG I love your hair.
Suppose to play cards tonight so I will pack up some healthy stuff
and do well! There shouldn't be food everywhere like there has been because
holidays are over and pizza sandwhich typ foods they eat and snack
on don't bother me.
DAY 11
Breakfast-it's saturday ya'll know what that means SLEEEP
Lunch-chicken club pinnini lean cuisine sandwhich(320 cals 9 fat)
SNACK- slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar (120 cals 4 fat)
Dinner - 2 servings mixed veggie krogers rotisserie chciken breast(400 cals 8 fst)
Snack- 1-100 cal pk cheetos(100 cals 4 fat) (90 cals 2 fat)1 Special K
honey nut snack bar(90 cals 2 fat)TOTAL CALORIES =1120 CALS
I will post exersices when my energy kicks in and I decide what I am doing,Tammy
I played cards so not much exersices but did do my 100 crunches 2 am lol
