Oh he looks so sweet! They grow up so fast!! It almost makes me want to have another one! Almost, but not quite! LOL He's a real cutey though!!:)
 
Heya's everyone!
Well I did wind up going out and walking WInston
we did between 1/5-2. miles =45 minutes and the steepest hill in my
city it kills your legs hips and makes even the healthiest person out of
breath lol! Then I came home and did my 50 more crunches.
So 3 miles bike + 50 crunches
2 miles walking the dog + 50 crunches
I stuck to my menue so nothing more nothing less...........Tammy:)
 
Hi Tammy! Hope things are going great for you today! Man you can exercise. You'll be dropping that weight off if you keep that up. have a great day!:)
 
Tammy!!! What a cutie patuttie! and you're exercising is kicking MAJOR tookus! Good good good for you! I see all of you ladies doing 100 crunches here and 80 crunches there and I'm like.... 30-40 crunches! ROCK on... Blow me away! LOL Good job Tammy! You're an inspiration to us all!
 
Hi Tammy!! cutie little boy. I miss it when mine was that little!! Great job on exercising! It really is motivating to see as I am trying to get on track:) Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!!
 
Godd afternoon all,
Well had to run to walmart because now it's
birthday season 2 this month 3 next 2 in march then all 4 of my
kids are april & may but I have 1 kiddie party friday which requires
my brother is having a sleepover and keeping 3 of mt kids lol could
this be a dream!:p
DAY 8
Breakfast slimfast muffin (140 cals 5 fat)
Lunch chciken club oinini lean cusien sandwhich(320 cals 9 fat)
Snack 1 weight watchers giant oreo ice cream on a stick(140 cals 4 fat)
snack 1 piece of lemon pepper baked chciken breast(200 cals 4 fat)
Dinner 1 1 lean cuisien lasagna w/2 mini chciken patties(280 cals 9 fat)
2 srvings mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)
SNACK special K honey nut snack bar (90 cals 2 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1250

Thank you guy's!!Ok I went for a 45 minute dog bootcamp walk with my sis n law don't know the miles but it
was a good fast walk doggs were real energetic! I came home did 15 minutes fast on my
stationary bike don't know miles cuz batteries are dead in timer so I set my alarm clock! I
did 100 crunches and some 5 lb weights for my sholders and arms.Drank 128 ozs water Tammy:)
 
DANG girl! You've turned into a lean, mean, exercising MACHINE since I've been gone! Awesome, you're my inspiration! I've gotta get back into that spirit of things. Have a GREAT day!! :)

WOW Im impressed you are so putting me to shame in teh exercise department, you are focised and determind and doing this chicky...way to go, I will step things up next week...my body needs to get use to working again first, LOL...Im very proud of you!!!
