Howdy everyone!!!!:D :D

Well not a whole lot to say I did get a few minutes of exersicing
in after lunch to maybe help my metabilism I did 1/2 mile on the
treadmill (9 min)and 60 crunches! I am still going to do my normal
nightimes exersices to.
Ok on with .............................DAY 5
Breakfast slept till 11:30 AM ;)
Lunch Lean Cusine chciken club pinini sandwhich w/mustard(320 cal 9 fat)
Snack weight watchers double chochlate fudge cake(220 cals 4 fat)
Dinner Weight Watcher chciken fettuchini (320 cals 11 fat)2 serv mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)
Snack peanutbutter crunch slimfast bar(120 cals 4 fat)
Later snack (some leftover turkey breast(150 cals 6 fat)

Plus I plan to do more exersices later will post later:)

Are you looking for a suit like the one in your avatar? There are many suits like that around the internet, but I will definitely let ya know if I see one like it. :)

Hey there yeah the chick in the avtar is wearing a Tankini I saw on
ebay and didn't think to ave it but I would love to wear someinthing like

Ok I am getting ready to go to my aunts to play some
texas holdem and I am taking healthy foods to snack on.
I exersiced already I did 40 more crunches and 5.18 miles
on my stationary bike.
So here are my totals for today
Bike-5.18 miles=21 minutes
Crunches-100
treadmill1/2 mile_9 minutes

Hey Tammy! Thanks for regularly dropping in on my diary. 6 pounds? Fantastic. Which btw works out to about 3kgs. That's almost 1/2 a stone girl!!!! Well done :)

Heya's everyone,
Well today is New Year's Eve and I am going to try
to make jelloshots lol! Doesn't look hard just hope they set right.
I most probally will eat a lil here and there like lastnight I didn't
do BAD bad but I had a handful of doritos and like 4 chips dipped
in dip.Tonight I am taking a cheese tray and cheese is my weekness
lol so I may have some of that type foods but NO cake cookies candy
fudge ect.I am making 1 batch sugar free jello shot and the other reg,
I am going to hop on my bike and do my 5 iles and 80 crunches and
thats about it for today.
