Hello everyone!!
I know I restarted Tuesday but I want to keep my
weigh in days on Friday so I hopped on and -6lbs woohoo!!!
I know it may be water but I dont care that is 6lb's lighter
for me

.
This really motivates me bigtime! My aunt is already calling me
for the big New Years eve bash at her house and asking if I can
bring something so I need to prepare.I may take chips and dip for
them and make me up a few healthy things like a weightwathcers
desert when they start eating sweets and maybe cut me up some
2% chedder cheese and some salt free pretzle sticks and I may have
a lite beer or 2 lol!
Ok I am getting bad about not eating breakfast but only because kids
are not in school and I didn't get lunch until 2pm.
DAY 4 ---->-6LBS
BREAKFAST-sleep
Lunch South Beach cheese pizza (340 cals 11 fat)
Snack apples dipped in peanutbutter(190 cals 5 fat)
Dinner 1/2 plate turkey breast 1/2 plate mixed veggies(350 cals 8 fat)
SNACK 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
SNACK #2 Fat free jello with fat free whip cream(80 calories 0 fat)
I get my treadmill today my aunt is leaving it at my house for us
to use she is going to start when school starts back up I will be on it
tonight!!!! I will post exersice later,Tammy
