Awsome girl I am going to do your diet and stick with it all the way to my goal I know it is the best way for me and I know it will work because anytinme I have basically lost a lot I dropped cals and lost regularly sop lean cuisines smart ones and healthy food here I come!
 
Oh and I am starting in the morn sense you want weigh in days to be Fridays officially I start tomorrow lets get in them bikini's girl we are so gonna rock this year lucky 7

It looks like you're doing quite well starting over again!! I keep going into diaries and everyone is starting over, including myself. It's such a good time to do so after the maddening holidays.

Well I have done really good I ate what I posted and exersiced what
I posted and actually won at BINGO tonight $188 woohoooo..
Yes tomorrow will be day 4 no cheating here or treating atleast for a
couple weeks after my weight starts dropping and I will have 1 meal
before 8pm my choice no pop no deserts unless it's Weight Watchers :) !
I am back on for good I have been checking out those swim suites and cuite
shorty short's lol!!

Goodluck Hilly the sugar would drive me nutts I was already craving
peanutbutter and apples lean cuisines ect and that was only 1 day.
I can say I am actually satified right now and crave nothing.I even
bought me a south beach pizza for when the pizza crave hits lol!

Hello everyone!!
I know I restarted Tuesday but I want to keep my
weigh in days on Friday so I hopped on and -6lbs woohoo!!!
I know it may be water but I dont care that is 6lb's lighter
for me:D .
This really motivates me bigtime! My aunt is already calling me
for the big New Years eve bash at her house and asking if I can
bring something so I need to prepare.I may take chips and dip for
them and make me up a few healthy things like a weightwathcers
desert when they start eating sweets and maybe cut me up some
2% chedder cheese and some salt free pretzle sticks and I may have
a lite beer or 2 lol!
Ok I am getting bad about not eating breakfast but only because kids
are not in school and I didn't get lunch until 2pm.
DAY 4 ---->-6LBS:) :D
BREAKFAST-sleep
Lunch South Beach cheese pizza (340 cals 11 fat)
Snack apples dipped in peanutbutter(190 cals 5 fat)
Dinner 1/2 plate turkey breast 1/2 plate mixed veggies(350 cals 8 fat)
SNACK 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
SNACK #2 Fat free jello with fat free whip cream(80 calories 0 fat)

I get my treadmill today my aunt is leaving it at my house for us
to use she is going to start when school starts back up I will be on it
tonight!!!! I will post exersice later,Tammy:)
 
Hello and thank you for the congrats! Well I did 17 minutes on the
treadmill which = 1.2 miles at 3.2 mph I even ran a few seconds to
get my hear going then I came upsatirs(lol thats exersice) went to
my room and did 80 crunches and 3 miles on my statioary bike!!
I stuck with my food plan.I am feeling great!!!!Tammy:)
 
HEY Tammy! Congrats on the 6lbs! You did awesome!!!!! Hey..even if it's water weight... seeing 6 lbs's drop on the scale is ALWAYS a good feeling! Congrats on sticking to your plan! I was WAY low on my cals by dinner so...I had enough to get me JUST to the low end of my calorie margin! Have a good night!
