still going strong

I feel great once again and actually no kid drama today lol!
DAY 11 BREAKFAST
lol I tried the breakfast in the bag thing that some1 posted on somewhere I put egg sub and 2 tiny pieces of 2%chedder cheese and 2 thin pieces of canadian bacon it was good but tip of bag melted lol!?(140 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 healthy choice chicken fettichini (280 cals 7 fat)
Snack
1 apple w/ 1 teaspoon of peanutbutter (190 cals ? fat)
Dinner
1 piece of baked chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning and 1/2 can of geenbeans with mini potatoes (300 cals 2 fat)
SNACK
1 South beach peanutbutter choch chip snack bar( 100 cals 3 fat)

I also walked the flood walll and back took the "ol" energetic dog thats 3 miles and I came str8 home and did the 60 situp routine and 15 leg lifts and a little upperbody using 3lb weights.
And something else I keep forgetting to say I LOVE WATER even when I wasn't dieting I only can drink flavored things such as diet barcs or 10 calorie minute maids with meals which means 2 a day I constantly have bottles of water I freeze like 10 at night and I get 2 out at a time let 1 start defrosting while I drink 1.I get atleast 100 oz (prob too much lol)

oK I feel like blah and this fever blister is killing my it's right under my nose so everytime I blow my nose it hurts.
DAY 12 BREAKFAST
I had me a breakfast in a bag made egg sub canadian bacon 2% cheese
this time it was yummy 140 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 turkey wrap I made myself 99% thinly sliced butterball turkey/fat free sharp chedder cheese slice and whole wheat organic tortilla shell mustard with a sugar free vanilla pudding (sugar free had 2g of fat but 30 cals less than fat free lol) (170 cals 2 g fat)
SNACK
1 sm apple cut up with a teaspoon of peanutbutter for dipping(190 cals ? fat)
DINNER
chicken in a bag seasoned with parmesian potatoe fries and french style green beans(395 cals 5 fat)and a teaspoon of ketchup
Snack
1 fat free fudge pop & a small peice of watermellon(45 cals for fudge pop watermellon???)
I am going to walk my 2 miles of hills instead of the floodwall today which is flat so I can have maybe better results on weigh in day.
I LOVE WATER DRANK A TON
I am updateing early because I know my routine and menue is for today and kids are fighting lol!Have a great day Tammy
 
Hey Girlfriend! Thanks for stopping by my diary. I have to start a new diary because I'm right back where I started from when I started that diary.

Blah. But I have to do this, so it's on!!

Soymilk ended up making me feel sick, so I quit drinking it. I think I have an allergy to it, but the vanilla flavor tasted great!
 
Mmmm - apples and p butter are one of my FAVORITE snacks!! Nice WO - you are really doing great! Jelly Belly is going to be so proud of your TON of WATER LOL :D

DAY13 BREAKFAST
South beach peanutbutter cereal bar (140 cals 5 fat)
SNACK
1 fat free fudge pop (45 cals 0 fat)
LUNCH
1 south beach turkey club wrap comes with FF jello (250 cals 13 fat)
DINNER
Lean cuisine baked chicken cornbread stuffing whipped potatoes (240 cals 4.5 fat) and I added some french style greenbeans (30 cals o fat)(270)
SNACK
1 LG apple w peanutbutter (220 cals 6-10 fat)?
Drank tons of water and went walking up the hilly streets today due to it's weigh in day tomorrow and I need the hills tonight lol! The scale neds to love me lol even thogh I peeked weds and it was looking good then I hid it until Friday lol.Good luck Tammy
 
Yay! loVe thy scale

Ok woke up and weighed in lost 6 lbs puts me at 217!Yay only 3 lbs away from where I left off the 1st time I dieted in April!
I am so pumped this time I feel good and I didnt go for that out to eat treat myself dinner (every other week) instead I bought me a weight watchers box that had 2 mini straberry cheese cakes and had 1 for my treat!Nothing like a guilt free treat, I am not ready for the outside world of restraunt food!
Here is what I ate today.
DAY 14 BREAKFAST
I had of course my breakfast in a bag made the same way read above(140 cals 4 g fat)
SNACK/TREAT
weight watchers strawberry cheesecake (150 cals 5g fat)
Lunch
South beach cheese pizza (cals 340 fat 11)
DINNER
healthy choice slow roasted turkey and mash potaoes
SNACK
1 apple w/ teaspoon peanutbutter(220 cals 6 fat) FF fudge pop(45 cals 0 fat)
I worked out in my basement because hubby works late so elipticle tony littles GAzell amy ab rocker and some weights!( 40 MIN)
I drank and always drink tons of water!

WHOOO HOOOOOO!!! Way to go! Congratulations on your 6 lb weight loss!!! That cheesecake sounds divine!! Might have to try it if my weigh in is successful in the morning :D! Congrats again!! Keep it up! ;)
 
Thanks Diva Mommy for the support!You must try the strawberry cheese cake by weightwatchers they are mouth watering without the cals and fat!
Ok on with.......................Day 15 BREAKFAST
I chose sleep because I was so tired from my hectic week even tho kids were up fighting bright and early I would yell and doze back off lol(o cals 0 fat) LUNCH
southbeach turkey wraps with the FF jello (250 cals 13 fat)
SNACK
I ate that last piece os weight watchers cheesecake (150 cals 5 fat)
DINNER
1 piece tyson chicken breast in a freezer bag flavored lemon pepper and dropped into boiling water and 2 servings of mixed veggies(steamed microwaved baged(340 cals 4 g fat)
SNACK
1pk of special K snack bites (vanilla) (90 cals 2 fat)
I walked a mile around town in the 90 degree weather(hubby had to work)and then did my stationary bike(that finally came) for 20 mins and my situps and weights!Whewwww I am beat:)

I need to update DAY15 AFTER HOURS DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED SNACKS!!
I made a bowl of mash potaoes with lots of butter and 3 slices of bread with it then a peanut butter spoon.My monthly friend is a few days away and I am thinking that could be it to why I got the munchies because I dont smoke Mary jane (anymore years ago lol)!
Anyway I feel extremley bad about it and it wont happend again especially after hours like 11 oclock!!typing in this diary helps me bunches see what I do wrong and perios are no exuses for pigging out geeeeesh I feel better and I will still meet my 6 week challange as well as my lifetime goal.Tammy!:mad: :rolleyes:

Writing is a diary - ESPECIALLY a public one - is a GREAT way to hold yourself accountable! You are doing a fantastic job!! ;)

You aren't alone - EVERYONE falls off the wagon at one point or another. You did the right thing by admitting it, finding out what when wrong and then fixing the problem! WAY TO GO!! That little doggy and little turtle are moving faster and faster along!! :D
 
Hi Niapage, yes being near that TOM will definetely give me cravings, but being aware of that means you can be prepared for it. Hang in there, you will do it.:)

Ok I woke up started my day off guilt free from lastnight because I knew it was a slip up but not a huge 1 I didnt pig out all day or go for the bad bad stuff like I had dialing up a pizza in mind! But I woke up ate lucnch and hit that floodwall for a fast walk in the 90 degree weather!
So here is .........................DAY 16 BREAKFAST
oh shucks slept in again only because it was weekend I do eat breakfast 5-6 days a week!
LUNCH
Weightwatchers chicken fetachini(340 cals 6 fat)Bananah (170 cals fat?)
DINNER
1 healthy choice slow roasted turkey w/mash potatoes and 2 servings of mixed veggies(320 cals fat 4)
SNACK
1 sugar free vanilla pudding (70 cals 3 fat)
I drank tons of water as always and I walked the 3 mile floodwall (90 + degrees)and before bed I am going to do some weights and situps and 10 minutes on my stationary bike I am trying to add some squats atleast a few at a time until my legs can handle them!

1 1/2 bananah and 100 calorie bag popcorn (180 cals fat?)
I walked 2 miles on the floodwall I am getting ready to do 4 miles on the stationary bike and I found at good will for $20 body by jake ab rocker not sure about it though but going to try it might be less stress on my back but I hope it melts my fat tummy away if not oh well out $20 lol! Tammy

Way to go! You are kicking that floodwall's butt!! Nice purchase with the ab rocker! Either way you look at it you are doing an exceptional job with your food and exercise! You should be proud! :D
 
Woo Hoo! Keep up the great work! :) :) Let me know how you like that ab rocker, I was eyeing one at Play It Again Sports a while back. I'd be interested in hearing your take on it. Have fun!
