I strated 1 here somewhere can't find it so I am assuming I once again put it under the wrong catergory.Please exuse me because I am computer illiterate and I learn something new eveyday on the "ol" pc lol!
Anyhoot I have been on for 4/5 days now and heres my foos for the lat 4 days since I cant find my diary lol I'll start a new 1.

DAY 4 BREAKFAST
Peanutbutter South Beach cereal bar yummmmmy 120 cals

SNACK
handfull of grapes ( 45 cals ? guessing)

Lunch
4 thinly sliced 99% fat free butter ball turkey w 1 slice fat free chedder cheese w/ mustartd on a whole wheat organic tortilla shell and a bannanah
(350 cals most from bannanah)

DINNER
2 pieces of precooked tyson chicken breast w/ greenbeans and
a 10 cal juice (300 cals)

SNACK
1 mini bag of 100 calorie pop corn

I am a big water drinker I love it!!!! So I drink atleast 5 20-32 ounces of frozen water bottles a day I only have low cal drinks with lunch and dinner!

Day 4

Ok this seems to get easier to stick with I actually like the foods I am chooseing and I can pretty much have anything just as long as its lowfat fat free and my calories dont exeed 1200 I don't really count because I have done this a few months back and dropped alot and I pretty much know around how much is in everything I eat.

DAY 5 & 6 Breakfast
1 small bowl of honey bunches of oats with skim milk(160)

Lunch
1Prepacked south beach deli meal which consict of 2 turkey clubs on wheat tortillas and a fat free jello (220)water to drink

Snack
1 frozen fat free fudge pop(35) and a few grapes(30)

Dinner
2 pieces of lemon pepper boneless chicken breast w/ green beans
and a diet barq"s cream soda (which by the way I didnt know they made I hate diet pop but this 1 taste good)

Snack
1 carb breyers ice cream sandwhich

Looks like you're doing great! Keep up the good work! What about exercise? Are you working out at all?
 
Your eating looks great...good for you. But I agree with Pineola...where's your exercise? Are you walking or anything....anyway you came to a great place as everyone here is super supportive! Good for you!
 
exersices

Sine I am starting over I walk my boxer (at a very fast pace he walks me lol)
about 1 1/2-2 miles evntually will work back up to the 3-5 miles again and
where I live alot of hills to walk up and down.
I also use this ab rocker I do 50 for now because it kills my tummy which is
in a good way.I need to ad some type of weights for my flabby arms I have
a set of 5 lb weights but I only know like 2 routines with them that feel
like they work.
I walked 1 1/2 miles +50 situps and its so muggy so I sweated like
10 lbs lol I wish!

Day 7

Ok weigh in day I lost 8 lbs I feel so good and more motivated!!
ok heres what I ate today!!

DAY 7 BREAKFAST
SB= (south beach) peanutbutter chochlate meal replacent bar (210 cal 7 fat)
SNACK
1 small bowl of honey bunches of oatsw skim milk (160 cals)
LUNCH
SB turkey bacon club wraps prepackaged w/ FAT Free jello (250 cals 13 fat)
SNACK
1 Fat free fudge pop (45 cals)
DINNER
SB Frozen cheese pizza (340 cals 11 fat and a whopping 31 for protien!)
SNACK
1 small cut up apple w/ a teaspoon of peanutvutter for dipping (140 cals)

I must say I do find myself eating alot of south beach foods but most are delisious and I have 4 small kids so when I dont feel like cooking and another plus I found they have alot of protien in thier products!
I forgot to list on thier meal on to go bars they have 19 grams of protien in them.The taste is way better than slim fast products (no offence to slimfast dieters.
Anyway I had a pretty good week! Have a good weekend every1:)
 
DAY 8
I know bad bad bad but Saturdays are my sleep in days so NO BREAKFAST!!

LUNCH
1 South Beach turkey club wraps with an apple (300 cals)

SNACKS
1 of my low calorie homemade muffins (150 cals)

DINNER
1 piece of bake chicken breast with home made parmesian fries
and french style green beans! (350 cals)

SNACK
1 fat Free fudge pop (45 cals)& mini bag popcorn(100 cals)
And I drank tons of water walked 2 miles mostly uphill in the heat!!
and my 50 situps with 15 leg lifts I added!
My calories werte kinda low today but thats because I had no breakfast
I slept in.I have 4 small kids plus I watch 3 more mon-fri I need a sleepin day lol! Tammmy

I just finished cleaning 1 of my rooms in the basement and setting it to work out in when hubby works late and with winter and rain.I have an eliptical a gazelle some 5 lb weights an ab rocker and I ordered a stationary bike I had fun rideing the 1 in the holel my mom is staying at lol!

DAY 9 BREAKFAST
made my self get up at 9am for a homade bananah muffin(150 cals 1 fat)
LUNCH
healthy choice slow roasted turky w/mash potatoes /mix veggies
SNACK
made some egg sub w/ canadian bacon(3thin slices) 1 slice os fat free clice shedder cheese 1 slice os fat free 40 cal wheat toast w/ spray butter
( 150 cals 1 fat)
DINNER
1 lemon and herb baked chicken breast with green beans and a few grapes(250 cals 2 fat)
SNACK
1/2 bag of mini popcorn (50 cals and 1 fat)1 fat free fudge pop (45 cals 0 fat)

Then me and my daughter walked like 2 miles and came back and did 60 sit ups and 10 leg lifts!I noticed leg lifts targets the lower roll(lol) and the situps target the upper roll(lol)!My daughter actually enjoyed walking with my and ahe kept saying mommy we are going to look pretty and I told her she was already beautiful we are doing this to become(me) and stay(her)healthy!

heehee...upper and lower roll. What do you mean though? The tummy roll that sits below the belt line and makes all my pants not fit?

I don't know about you but I have had 4 kids and the 1st 2 I gained a ton and never lost plus I have always been chubby anyhoot, when I look at my jiggly belly I have 2 fat rolls not giganic but yuck anyway when I do situps I feel my upper tummy start hurting and you can feel it tightened as you do situps when you put your hand on your tummy, when you do the leg lifts(lying on your back or/ab rocker and lifting legs up and then down but never letting them touch floor) you can feel your lower tummy tightening and hurting so I make an effort to do 60 situps (2 sets of 30) and 15 leg lifts.

You're doing awesome Tammy, keep up the good work! I wish I had a sleep-in day, but the kids aren't old enough to leave me alone yet:rolleyes:
 
Ok Had a gr8 healthy exersice day!!But my son was very bad
to day so he lived on the couch all day and is grounded from playing
toys games ect for a week.He's 5 and got mad when my daughter
Nia (8) said she didnt want to let him in her room to play because he
is so darn mean and I can see why anyhoot, he pushed her and she almost went out of the upstairs window her head literally broke it out and glass was in my yard every where but the amazing thing was not a scratch nor a bruise on her Thank god some1 was looking out for her!!!As for my son I didnt bust his but like I normally do doesn't work he sat on the couch alll day except dinner potty and homework!And for a whole week he is not aloud upstaris to play or anything no video games cartoons the only thing he's aloud to do is learning things at the kitchen table (NO TOYS)!
ANYway on to ....................................
DAY 10 BREAKFAST
1 small bowl of honey bunches of oats / skim milk(160 cals )
Snack

Lunch
Lean Cuisine chicken club pinni sanwhich(320 cals 9 fat) (wow these are good)with mustard and a 1/2 bananah (90 cals 0 fat)
Dinner
Lean cuisine cheese ravioli (240 cals 6 fat)1/2 can greenbeans(40 cals 0 fat)
Snacks
1 Fat Free Fudge pop (45 CALS 0 FAT)(handfull grapes (50 cals)
I also walked almost the whole flood wall and back that totaled 2 miles very fat boxer dog walking lol!
Then 60 sit ups and 15 leg lifts these get my tummy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Kids can really scare the crap out of you can't they? Your food sounds yummy. Should I be buying stock in Lean Cuisine?
 
You are doing great!

You are really doing a great job! It's not easy balancing home, kids, and weight loss! I am a new mom to ONE 6 month old and trying to lose weight - KUDOS to you for balancing it all with 2! So glad to hear that Nia didn't fall out of the window and that you stuck to your weight loss plan despite the drama!! ;)
 
hey thanks for the support and lean cuisines do have some yummy food but I also have a few healthy chioces I like and a the deli part for south beach and snacks so I have a variety of brands but those lean cuisines pinni sanwhiches are sinfully awesome!
And good luck to you Diva Mommy I have 4 kids ages 4 1/2 months 5 years(my lil stinker) 2 girls 7&8 and it's hard at times and we learn and I felt I handled it good and at the end I didn't hurt myself by binge eating due to emotions, and I can say I am much happier at the end of the night for that!

Hey, have you tried Lean Cuisine's NEW Brick Oven Chicken pizza with roasted garlic! I love to cook and frozen foods rarely impress me but this one did! It is delicious! :p
