Yesterday we had pizza for dinner because I was super accident prone at work last night, (ripped part of my nail almost all the way off, poured 180 degree water on myself, and hit my knee up against a bench when walking past it), and didn't feel like cooking.....so anyway...having pizza, and ice cream, AND SODA...that killed my fat and sodium..cholesterol and carbs are higher than I want them to be...fiber is too low... and my calories are still (barely) acceptable. This is a perfect example of a bad day, food wise, for me... never fear, tomorrow's over, and today is here!

Exercise: Cardio - 40 minutes, Total body toner (worked up a huge sweat!). Elliptical - 5 minutes (right after cardio, was sweating bad!). Worked for 9 hours!
