Petra, thank you so much, but I don't feel like an inspiration at all, I have absolutely no motivation at all right now, especially to clean the house so I can start exercising again... and without exercise I feel like it's all for nothing so I stopped eating right too... this was at Christmas... maybe it's time to get back on track??

HealthyEating, when I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing for myself and my weight loss goals, yes I do cardio (about 30-60min a day) and try to get some elliptical in.

Your face got really shaped a lot.... Very nice work..
My face is still like a balloon after some weight loss...
You have some exercises especially for your face?

Well I added new photos, even though I said I would wait until I was 250lbs... I still am waiting until then, but I wanted to share a fully clothed before and after, and a then and now face photo from when I was 15 to now... I'm ecstatic! Btw- thanks everybody for all of your support!! :)

Changes I've noticed:
Butt is disappearing.
Arms are shrinking.
Huge difference in stomach & abs.

I remember your pics from last year, Tam! You are doing awesome and I notice major changes from the last round of pics! You should be so proud of yourself. To me getting right below 250 kinda just opened the floodgates and motivated me even more. Then again at 200. Continued success to you sweetie!:hurray:

Thank you so much! Right now I don't feel like I've done great... but only because I haven't been actively trying to lose weight within the last month or so, but, I am now, so I guess that's what matters.
 
I was looking through some pictures from my Son's first birthday last night and I found this picture of me that made me really see how much progress I've actually made since then! However, I specifically remember telling him to only take a picture of the book, a gift my Son got, and to keep me out of the photo, obviously he didn't listen to me, lol, that's ok... I also attached some recent pictures to compare it to, I'll probably add these to the first post of this thread another time.
