Lauralee, I eat the best I know how to, good foods, try to eat healthy (but have a LOT of bad days), and, though struggling with keeping up with my exercise, I do The FIRM Hi-def sculpt and just recently got able to do most of Total body toner correctly.... hopefully I'll be able to start doing the other videos eventually (they are too hard for me right now)! ... and I just bought an elliptical trainer... so I'll also be using that... anyway, I usually exercise 6 days out of the week, sometimes 5 days out of the week.
My motivation is health, self, family, and you guys are a huge part of my motivation!! This forum keeps me accountable, helps me get right back on track after a few days off track!
