Attach it to a door and use it as a pulley, or stand on it and do bicep curls. Tie it around a pole or bed frame and put the other handle around your leg and work it that way. Whole bunch of exercises on oxygenmag.com and other sites
Well its been quite a while since I've posted but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale, I'm down to 156.8, which is approx a 5 pound weight loss since starting.... its not big but this has been really slow so Im glad to see atleast a little progress.
