Yeah exactly, it's so easy to feel like a failure if the numbers have gone up a little overnight, but maybe you just drank more water.

It has been a few days. I've been low, sad and stressed out. So weight haven't been a priority. And I ate chocolate yesterday and today, dark chocolate but nonetheless chocolate. Hope to make a somewhat easy transition to a sugar free diet tomorrow.
I was so tired of all the rules and restrictions and always being a "good girl". I just had to forget it all for a couple of days. And I have to believe that we are not defined by our missteps but how we continue after them.
Tomorrow is a new day and I will do my best and that is enough <3

But I feel different in my body. I wore a jacket for the first time since spring. It was tight then and I didn't feel comfortable in it, but now it's loose. Yay!
 
I like "I (...) believe that we are not defined by our missteps but how we continue after them." Words to live by. And being able to wear your jacket comfortably sounds like you're doing well in the grand scheme of things!
