If you stick to it, it's a decent cardio workout. Some people like it 'cause they say it's fun. My mother tried to do it for a while, but she wasn't serious enough and stopped after a couple weeks. No matter what you do, do it consistently.

Its not a martial art, its just another money making karat-e-size type.
Billy Blank dont even believe in it himself, its just easy to premote.

Its good in the sence that you do get fit, and its good for reflex and explosivness. but any1 interested in martial arts will find it stupid.

Im not being sexest but its good for women who would otherwise be slow jogging on a treadmill for 20mins then going home.
