Hello everyone! Hope you're feeling good.

I just went home from training. I worked on my biceps, triceps and shoulder. It's really hard motivating myself for this - I really don't like training these parts of my body. It gets too much of the same... Idk, maybe I'll get used to it. Maybe I just need to find some inspiration online :)

After fitness, we went down to swim a bit - that was really nice. It was a long time since I went there.

My weight finally dropped a little - to 101,3 kg. Yay! I'm looking forward to be under 100 kg.

Hi Soelberg and welcome to the diaries :) Having someone to work out with tends to help with motivation but it sounds like you´ve got that one covered. I personally don´t enjoy isolated exercises so I try to do more whole-body stuff which just happens to work the smaller muscles as well.
Sounds like you´re doing well on the activity front!

if you list your exercises, then I may be able to make some suggestions for alternatives

Yay! I'm down at 100,6 kg. So nice!

Yesterday it was leg-day. I'm actually begining to like training my legs - but I hate it when there's a lot of people at the gym - especially when I'm doing squats. :rotflmao:

Down at the gym, i got my fat% and muscle mass measured.

Fat% 41,9 ( about 2 % less than the last time I was scanned)
FFM 56,2 (don't know if it's good or bad?)

I'm looking forward to seeing my fat% go down - Right now, my goal is to see it get below 40%.

I think I'll have another scan in about a month.

Not great numbers, but that is not important, what is important is that you have a starting point. Basing nutritional calculations off FFM can be more accurate as to you nutritional needs.

My weight finally dropped to under 100 kg - but since then it's been still. BUT I'm still losing centimeters and you can easily see, that my trainings working. Yay :D My next goal is getting under 90 kg - and getting my fat% down. I would also like to increase my muscle mass.

Hi everyone!
It's been a little while since i wrote in here.

It's going really slow with my weight loss. Im down at 95,5 kg. Not impressive, but as long as it keeps going down I'm happy.
I tried water fasting for almost 4 days - but I had an infection, so I was forced going on an antibiotics cure. Couldn't continue with the fasting, unfortunately.

Saturday I fasted all day. I'll maybe continue fasting 1-2 times a week, if I feel like it.
I'm going on a clen-cycle soon. I'm going on vacation with my bf, sister and her bf. I would like to drop a few kilos more before then. 2 weeks later me and my bf is going on vacation to Egypt. It would be nice to be closer on my goal.

I know that clen might not be the best or healthiest descision - but I'm soo tired of my weight and need to get some motivation and see some results. I've done a lot of research and think that it could be a good choice.
