Hello everyone! Hope you're feeling good.
I just went home from training. I worked on my biceps, triceps and shoulder. It's really hard motivating myself for this - I really don't like training these parts of my body. It gets too much of the same... Idk, maybe I'll get used to it. Maybe I just need to find some inspiration online
After fitness, we went down to swim a bit - that was really nice. It was a long time since I went there.
My weight finally dropped a little - to 101,3 kg. Yay! I'm looking forward to be under 100 kg.
