hi whats up my names tim im 22 years old 6 foot and weigh 116.6 kgs im quite stocky in the shoulders but i have a gut and i really really want to loose it.i am currently doing
-5 x 3-5 km runs every week
-and shoulder and bicep and chest workouts 3 times a week.
i have 1 bad day a week where i let myself have small amounts of food i really like.other than that its ussually veges and chicken breast or steak,or stir fry veges with rice.and ham samwiches on rye bread at work.
my 1st weigh is coming up this friday and im a little sceptacle because its only been 1 and a half weeks.so yea il holla back when i do.peace out!
 
I'm sure your weigh in will show some amount of improvement =D Every little bit helps, but once you start seeing that scale lower, you'll be more then happy to jump on that scale at weigh ins. Good luck and keep up the good work!!
 
i reached a point today on my run where i thouhgt i coudnt go on,i think because i hadnt eaten since 11 and i ran at 5 which is bad.but i still pushed myself threw it which i am happy about.my shin started to hurt a lil bit too.i hope im not getting shin splints again:-s,im prone too getting those.ill keep yall updated.

for shin splints maybe you want to try a different pair of running shoes if youre road running - perhaps ones with big thinck gel soles or something to reduce the impacet. alternatively find yourself a nice playing field to do some HIIT :)
