2 out of 3 ain't bad, right?
Just a refresher:
My plans from Sunday (aka yesterday) was to exercise 30 min./day, keep my cals at 1600 or less, and log them into sparkpeople.
Well yesterday, I believe they were a little over 1600 - closer to 1700. I did my exercise on the elliptical (even upped the resistance - because I had read that most people don't and that's why the elliptical doesn't always cut it as far as losing weight goes.)
Today, I worked out, logged my cals. but I ate way over the limit. I ate more than 2000 cals!
I think it was pretty good until I got my hands on some mini-muffins at school. 2 of the "minis" are 220 cals! I had 4!!
Then, I came home and we had some no-salt potato chips. I wasn't planning on eating any - even though I've been craving them lately. But, ds had the idea to pour salt over them - guess what I tasted them and it was just too much. I devoured more than I should've. Because I guess since they were still "fried" chips, they soaked up the salt pretty well.
Not great excuses either. I did have all good intentions.
I guess 2 out of 3 isn't bad, right? Although, I know my body and my body will not budge no matter how much I exercised if I'm eating like that.
Scale was still the same this morning too... but what do I expect immediate results? Kind of like that commercial where the guy is at the gym, runs around one time, then gets up on the scale? LOL
