CongratsI'm so proud of you!
hey congrats on the 150s!!i haven't excercised in ages because of work but i'm still losing. work must take a lot out of us. hehe. x

Well this morning I stepped on the scale and I was under 160! My weigh-in was at 159.5!
I'm pretty surprised at that number and pretty happy with it too. However I didn't exercise yesterday or today. I was just too tired when I got home from work. I know, not really a good excuse at all. But that's how the day went.
I'm planning on getting in some good walks this weekend if the weather holds up. Otherwise it will be on the fit or the elliptical.![]()
Whew, I had braces, headgear, wisdom teeth removed, the nine yards!
Me too! I had the wisdom teeth removed after the braces were done though.
Okay I'm a couple days late posting on this one, musta slipped by me. But wow don't those bring back painful memories (shudders).
Here's luck for ya, I had braces for 2 + years going into my senior year in high school. Got them removed in March, wore a retainer until late May, Gradutation weekend was out riding around with a buddy. He was distracted, no warning, right into a telephone pole. My face hit the dashboard, broke my jaw, had to have my mouth wired for 6 weeks (never wanted to drink a carnation instant breakfast again for as long as I live). Guess what? Teeth were all screwed up again and the retainer didn't fit anymore. $$$$ out the window on orthodontic work.
Parents were not pleased...
Hi SweatPea, I've been MIA around here for a long time. I can see you are doing really well! I love the foliage too, I always take pictures of the trees and stuff when i go on walks. You look so thin in your avatar!!!! Congratulations your are doing great!
Serious congrats on the new ticker mark!! Looking really good!

Hey!!! Haven't seen you in so long... Sorry Your feeling out of it. Does this help? How about another...
Yeah let me see, job stress, in this economy? naw, no way, why be stressed? Hope you're feeling better all around. Stop in for a virtual hug anytime...
HI SWEATPEA!! Okay, I seriously want to know, do YOU and BELL every take a bad photo???? Really, I LOVE the new avi, you and Bell are so gorgeous, you always look amazing in your pictures. Youthful and alive and happy. I'm so jealous and I want you to know that!. I was MIA for a few months myself. Things have been nuts around my house since maybe May of this year, everything is moving so fast I rarely had time to go online and post, and after a blasting year of going to the gym 3-4 days a week, NON STOP, I finally had to take a break. So don't worry about not being motivated to workout, we ALL go through a period of shut down, it's normal. Just don't let it take over, and your not, your walking and that's great! I'm so surprised and happy that you have got all the way down to the 150's HOLY SMOKES girl, you should be so happy about that. I'm not there yet, but I wish I was, Don't let go of how hard you worked to get there, because it sucks trying to get there, take it from someone who's pushing for that goal right now. YOU CAN DO IT! stay positive and don't let go of what you really want for yourself, and that's just to be healthy regardless of weight.
So are you going to see the Dr soon??? You look real young, so I wouldn't think arthritis, but does that run in your family??? You said you have a lot of pain, so that would be my first thought. Well whatever it is, I hope they are able to work it out for you, body pain SUCKS!
Take Care my dear and have a great rest of your weekend! I'll be checking in on you so I want to see a little uplift, let me know if I can help.
HUGS
Kim
I finally was able to take a few minutes and read through your diary. I always call my sons Sweet Pea. I read your first entry and see that's what you meant to put when you started this diary. It's kind of cool you typed "sweat" instead ... a precursor of things to come.
I hover at 155-160 for the most part and it's that last 15 that I'm working on to meet my goal. There's a time and a place for everything so don't pressure yourself to be somewhere you're not. You will re-commit on a regular basis to your workouts (which seemed frequent in the first part of your diary). You know how to do it. There seems to be some other stuff going on that you're taking care of. It's all good.
We have stupid cold weather up here in Saskatchewan (although native born prairie people will say it's lovely) so I understand about walks in the snow and cold. I have arthritis in my left wrist and cold does a number on it.
I think it's so adorable your husband calls you Sweet Pea.
More than anything I think it's my job. I have to get up early (too early for me - 5:20 am) and then work with kids all day (draining sometimes.) Then come home and spend time wiht the family. With all of that, I don't even feel like cooking a good meal, let alone exercising. Plus, I am feeling pretty run down. Of course exercising would probably help!
