Ya I get in huge amounts at a time but your working it everyday. Keeping that metabolism up.

The scale was a little nice to me this morning as it showed a 1/2 lb down. I don't know how and I don't know why since I had a bday dinner, bday cake and ice cream, and my exercise was way lower than it has been these past few weeks.
 
Congratulations on that loss. Maybe you just needed to have some extra calories or something.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with all the others, don't question the weight loss, take it and run with it and be so happy you had some! I'm so happy for you!! Stick to your guns, continue plugging along and doing well next week, stay motivated, follow your heart and eat well, and next weigh in you'll see another weight loss, but this time it might just be more!! Good luck to you and may you have a very good weekend!

I have had that happen, too! Isn't it odd how the scale works?

Well it's a beautiful day. I'm supposed to meet Bell later on. Maybe we could take a nice walk today together - oh and I do need to go get signed up for the Y. That will surely help me get in extra min. I just wish gas wasn't up so much and the Y was closer.

Gas prices are a killer! I hope you get in that walk. Take time to appreciate your surroundings on such a wonderful day. Walks always make me feel so REFRESHED.

I had a great time too! I just need to put the certificate in the car so I remember. ;)
 
Well I'm sure my weight will be up tomorrow. Bell took me out for a bday dinner that started with sundaes from a chocolate store and ended with Mexican food. Mmmm!

I did manage to get in exercise today though. This morning I did 45 min. on the elliptical and Bell and I calculated we probably walked a good 45 min. together too. We went "mall" shopping but really just window shopping - and we parked far away so we'd have to walk extra.

Total exercise for 5th week of challenge: 90 min.

Thanks, Kim! It's just that my sister was here this past week and Bell taking me out - it's like it just keeps going for the eating extra. Just wish it could've all been done on one day!
