Hey everyone, kind of forgot about this. For about a month I went back to my old eating habbits, and gained back most of hte weight (about 14 pounds) in that time, ridicoulous I know. Anyway, I am now going to a center that is helping me lose the weight. I am on basically a low carb diet that but isn't as restricted. I don't count vegetables or fruits for the carbs, and I don't count calories. I don't eat anything with sugar, dairy, or gluton wheats in it either. I am back down to where I've started, just about. I am at 256 and when I was doing good before I was down to 253. I go to meetings everyday 5 days a week for 6 weeks (I am in my second week), and then go once a week for 6 months for follow ups.
This is helping me stay focused a LOT, and would be ridicously suprised if I didn't keep going on with it. I am loving the groups (it is also for alchohol and drugs, so it fits me perfect) and loving the way I am feeling. I am on many natural nutrients too to help repair my body. I will probably start posting in here regulary again, because it helped me so much last time.
